" THE SYNTHESIS ": BOY IT SURE LOOKS BAD FOR OBAMA!!
THIS IS A DOUBLE FEATURE ISSUE 5/2/2010-5/9/2010: IMMIGRATION, OIL SPILLS, AND UNEMPLOYMENT ABOUND, THE OBAMA WRECKOVERY... ON BAILING OUT GREECE/GLOBAL MARKETS...
(When Pilgrims tried to enter the U.S., Native Americans tried to blockade them out, with the Pilgrims saying that there are too many of us entering 'illegally' and they're blocking us out, as we won't learn their language or assimilate into their culture...) So, yeah, I think as a Native American, if I want Obama to take his Kenyan-behind-back-to-the-Coast-Province-where-he-comes-from, I can say that!
This will really drive the whole Obama lack-of-birth-certificate-thing home for you: Obama's college scholarship in Indonesia had the stipulation that you had to be foreign, in order to attain it. Obama is Kenyan-born, so he got the scholarship! The reason that Obama feels personally compelled about health care is that his grandmother duped the Hawaii health department by saying that she was his guardian to get him health care in Hawaii! That's why people are demanding to see the long-form birth certificate, which has now surfaced from Kenya, the Coast Province has verified it:
Would Hillary rock the whole Democratic Party just to do the right thing??!
Is her husband's name Bill Clinton??! LOL
So the Supreme Court has delayed the briefing hearing in February, prior to the State of the Union.... one of the most pressing matters of Obama violating the Oath of office, and running a fraudulent campaign, AND receiving a felony charge for each donation that he took in over a certain dollar amount (why John McCain was trying to save Obama's behind on this, I'll never know! I guess to just tell Obama when the crap hits the fan, "Don't say I didn't warn you/I told you so!")
Which brings me to John McCain, as the Press has been saying for a couple of weeks now that he's been having a tough time in the re-eleciton campaign, but however slanted that may be, McCain is certainly not having as much of a problem as Obama is having trying to convince Americans that he should remain in office!!
WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Also, a report at Modern Ghana posted in advance of the president's visit cited his birthplace on the continent of Africa.
"For Ghana, Obama's visit will be a celebration of another milestone in African history as it hosts the first-ever African-American President on this presidential visit to the continent of his birth," the report said.
Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.
Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.
Complicating the situation is Obama's decision to spend sums exceeding $1.7 million to avoid releasing an original long-form state birth certificate that would put to rest the questions.
WND also has reported that among the documentation not yet available for Obama includes his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and his adoption records.
OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE / ELIGIBILITY / OBAMACARE
MARCH ON WASHINGTON
At the Ellipse – President’s Park South
17th St & Constitution Ave, NW
DATE: SATURDAY, MAY 29, 2010
TIME: 12:00 NOON – 4:00 P.M.
BARACK OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO SERVE AS PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
* The United States Constitution mandates the President of the United States must be a United States “natural born” Citizen – Article II, Section I;
* Obama was born in Mombasa, in what is now Kenya, Africa;
* Obama’s legal name is Barry Soetoro;
* Obama is an Indonesian Citizen as he was adopted/acknowledged by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian Citizen; and
* The Healthcare bill (ObamaCare) signed into Law by Obama on March 23, 2010 is unconstitutional and voidable since he is ineligible to serve as President of the United States.
For these reasons, Philip J. Berg, Esquire, Obamacrimes.com is sponsoring the “OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE / ELIGIBILITY / OBAMACARE” March on Washington in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, May 29, 2010 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 P.M.
All individuals participating are requested to bring a copy of their Birth Certificate and meet at the Ellipse – President’s Park South located at 17th St & Constitution Ave, NW, Washington, D.C.

The Press shows acknowledge the general discontent of the country: 80% of people polled the past couple
of weeks said that they don't trust Congress, which is easy to see, as Obama gives us no reason to trust
him or make us think that he is a person of his word!!
This is especially true when it comes to immigration, as I believe that if the Press thinks the Tea Party people are p*ssed off, they've downplayed the anger of Latinos, Mexicans, and people of Spanish speaking cultures/descent:
The political strategy of Hispanic voters of "staying home", has served my family well! I come from a Native
American and European background, but I was taught Spanish, and our family hasn't voted in years!! For us to
support John McCain's campaign and principles was something HUGE in 2008!
For me to become a GA lobbyist in 2009 with a long-time friend is even MORE HUGE.... while I could work with Obama, I may decide not to do so on this issue. I could call it "a personal conflict of interest".
Besides, Obama has been all about the Democrats' agenda, off the rip, completely contrary to his campaign platform of bipartisanship, and he's pushed me into a corner about this health care bill! GA cut the Arts budget/federal grants for a year just to pay for a lawyer to fight the disastrous effects that haven't even gotten here yet: all the "free health care" checks that the whole country can't cash!!
Let me say this: this is no longer a political battle for me, it's personal! When art and music, the very things that I live to do, are no longer supported, and my art business has gone nowhere in 3yrs. in this economy, IT'S PERSONAL!!
Oh, it's official! David Brooks has drank some KOOL-AID! I couldn't believe my ears when he brushed off Obama's socialism this morning with labeling Obama as a "MODERATE PRAGMATIC" !!! --- wtf?
(IS THIS WHAT DAVID BROOKS WAS GOING FOR, THAT WE'RE TO BE LIKE OBAMA, AND NOT TAKE POLITICS PERSONALLY??!!)
That's equivalent to saying that Obama is moderately a citizen, or that he's practically a citizen.... okay, and? Moderate doesn't mean he doesn't lean too far to the left or to the right, when he leans left, and outspending any President ever, isn't practical !! I took my cell phone, and I wound it in a circle vigorously around my right ear when he said that -- I couldn't help it!! It was a knee-jerk reaction to something so ludicrous and crazy, probably why they make me sit at home and watch the show, instead of inviting me on as a guest!!
A turn to local politics, the Governor's race has turned into a Republican bonfire with Ray McBerry as the sacrificial pig at Karen Handel's Barbecue... the problem is, Ray really isn't a pig... more like Kermit the Frog...
Why Jim Galloway is no "POLITICAL INSIDER" FOR THE AJC: THE SCORE CARD (the inside track to what polling data and pre-primary predictions won't tell you about GA's candidates for Governor)
http://docs.google.com/Doc
McBerry is simply MR. MISUNDERSTOOD:
Okay, so when I was going to G.C.&S.U. in 1999, a rumor was floating
around campus for a couple of weeks about a teacher who could get his
teacher's license taken away for having a relationship with a student.
In fact it was such a big-to-do in the band room, as I was there on a
trumpet scholarship, that it was an... See More... See More open forum
discussion before the band director came in for class.
Most of the guys were insisting that there was no wrongdoing, as the
girls saw it a little differently, saying that while there may or may
not be anything physical, that there was an emotional attachment of
some sort that went deeper than just a student/teacher relationship,
and that if it progressed, that it could cost Mr. McBerry his teaching
license: they pointed out that if this was straining his marriage,
then why was he persisting? To which the guys said that was because he
wasn't doing anything wrong. Then sexual harassment was discussed, as
in, what exactly is it?
You see, this is same time period that Clinton denied his affections
with Monica, my R.D. at college was accused of rape (when I asked him
about it he said it was mutual/but resigned anyway), and now this:
Some people at my college knew Mr. McBerry as being an outstanding
History teacher, and they'd met him doing Governor's Honors or some
other things like that. The band room was in a turmoil talking about
it, so then the jokes ensued: everyone agreed that when they were
flirting with each other that they would include the phrase "give you
some eskimo puppies"... one guy from across the room said -- "hey
so-and-so, meet me at such-and-such tonight for a drink at
such-and-such.... I'LL GIVE YOU SOME ESKIMO PUPPIES!!!"
To add to the chagrin of those who were trying not to participate in
the gossip, the reference was made to "DON'T ASK-DON'T TELL". As in,
did the same rules apply to same sex students and teachers?? To which
rolls of laughter ensued, and one of the guys who knew "Mr." McBerry
well, said to everyone that it was enough, please stop talking about
it, to which another male replied, "Hey so-and-so, I'll give you some
Eskimo Puppies if you shut up!" The whole room roared with laughter!
(To reveal the names would embarrass us now sensible adults :P)
And thus entered the band director, who decided not to immediately
begin warm up, but said: "What's so funny that I can hear y'all in my
office?" With a smirk, he sat down on the podium, everyone quieted
down, and he began talking to the flute and clarinet players about
something, and the din in the room died down and then he kept talking,
and then he said: "Well, whenever we do x,y,z for whatever, I'll be
sure to give y'all some ESKIMO PUPPIES!! --- JUST KIDDING!! ROFL JUST
KIDDING!!"
I later asked my mutual band nerd friend who spoke up that day for Mr.
McBerry, as he was considering History as his Major, about what he
felt about the character of the girl involved. To which he said that
the girl was having boyfriend problems/that she likes attention. I
said: "Is that all?" And he said, "Yes... it's caused a lot of
problems with their church, but that's it."
After I left college, I never thought much about this. As a matter of
fact, it was one of those memories that wasn't reignited in my mind
until after news of this scandal broke. The first reports indicated on
channel 5 that the relationship happened 8yrs. ago, to which I said to
a fellow lobbyist, the statute is 7yrs., why would they pursue
anything about this now??
Then it jogged my memory.... I read Ray's letter to her parents and
watched the news again, where they brought up the Eskimo Puppies
reference. The Eskimo Puppies reference is what made me remember
everything else that happened, and I said to my lobbyist friend, the
news has it wrong: I remember hearing about this when I was in college
in 1999, not 2002, that this was going on before that.
We watched channel 2 that night, which reported that this happened
over a decade ago, which is correct! I thought to myself, surely this
is where the Eskimo Puppies joke came from!!!!
When I went for lobbyist training in December of last year, I did not
make the correlation that "Mr." McBerry was the same as RAY MCBERRY.
When I was introduced to Ray at the training session, we were told
that he was a Christian businessman in the McDonough area, so I never
made the connection, long forgotten that he was a former teacher who
was accused of misconduct.
It all clicked for me about the Eskimo Puppies thing, and the only
reason that Rachel would not want to see him could only mean one of
several things: 1) she still has feelings for him 2) she was upset
that even though McBerry's wife left him that they never got together
3) she never had anyone love her so unselfishly, as her real Dad
wasn't around/she has a Step-Dad, and had boyfriend problems (what we
call agape love) 4) she lost her virginity to him.
I believe 1-3 in any combination, but though she says that their
relationship became physical, as according to her interview last night
that they only "did it once"; it is my understanding that she was the
aggressor, the initiator, and that she wanted to be regarded as
desirable in a sexual way and she pulled a move on Ray that he wasn't
prepared for or requested. I believe that there is a scene in the
"American Pie" flicks that is similar, but take those whole series of
movies and it accurately describes the teen-aged band nerd culture!!
She put him in a compromising position, whether he reciprocated, it
was going to be said otherwise.
That doesn't mean that he didn't care deeply for her as a person, but
because he was so concerned about her safety and well-being with her
being with a boyfriend who could be abusive, he had gone around the
chain of command in wanting to protect her. No matter what he said, he
was going to look like the bad guy, or be painted as such for not
getting her parents involved first, and cluing them in about the cell
phone. When teens have someone that goes to the parents though, they
often balk and become more rebellious.
When I saw Ray's reaction to this, it wasn't what I expected. I
expected him to be angry. Yet, he was very hurt. After reading the
letter, I see why. After pouring into someone's life and having your
own personal relationships negatively affected, I can see why he
looked hurt and disappointed. Then I expected him to be angry at Karen
Handel, and instead of anger, I saw nothing but firm resolve that this
was the ONLY thing that she could say about him, as she has nothing
else to accuse him of doing that's 'unethical'.
If Handel had done her job, GA wouldn't be in the mess that it's in
now. I'm tired of cleaning up her messes, her refusing to acknowledge
that this was what she was supposed to do as Sec. of State, and if I
took down Victor Hill's career in law enforcement, I can run her
political career into the ground! I don't like people who don't play
fair: I listened to her speak at IHOP, I gave her a fair shake, and
when I brought my concerns to her about Clayton County via Perdue, she
resigned.
While I don't condone what Richardson did either, it was well known
13yrs. ago that his marriage had difficulties with Susan. I worked
with some of his younger family members at a restaurant in which they
talked about how much they couldn't stand Susan! Funny to see what
happened years later, ya know?
While McBerry and Richardson are like comparing apples and oranges, no
pun intended, it is very true that Handel doesn't want to debate
McBerry because he won't just make her look inept, he will totally
annihilate her!!
I know the reason that he's not running a large campaign budget, and
that's because his supporters are tired of M-O-N-E-Y being emphasized
as to what defines the success in politics, and she is trying to get
him out of the way, as it's taking votes that would end up going to
her instead of Oxendine.
I would almost rather have Oxendine over her now... See More, and
that's not saying much at all: this isn't mud-slinging, she cut to the
very core of who Ray really is... I don't know Ray personally, but
from being acquainted with him, he is a very humble, gentle, and
sensitive soul, and even though the guys I went to college with were
making Ray out to be a wuss about the "ESKIMO PUPPIES" thing, the
world would be a whole lot better of a place if there were more men
like him, and Rachel knows it.
When a person speaks, I can see into their soul. If Ray was a child
predator, or a womanizer, we'd have 11 more years of stories to go
with Rachel's crocodile tears. I didn't want to say that on the SCORE
CARD, my email newsletter about the race, but I personally knew more
of the facts than the report that was made by Jim Galloway of the AJC,
nor did I want to quote the people who went to G.C.&S.U. who were
saying these things about Rachel's character, but if she wants to
dredge up the past, we can go there. I thought what I said was brief
and to the point, that everyone would get what I was trying to say,
but I don't mind explaining my posts or the SCORE CARD to anyone who
want to read it.
Everything that I typed in this post, these fine details which refute
Rachel's claims would really hurt Rachel, to expose her, but for
someone who claims to want to move on with their life and is already
married to someone else, is this the only way that she can personally
get back at Ray, being egged on by others??? And is this the best
Karen Handel has to offer us? High school rumors without even a cup of
tea, no less??
Ray needs to tell her to "BRING IT ON!"
Furthermore, I wouldn't want to go to church with people who do
nothing but gossip at church! How do you think the whole campus knew
about it when I was in college years ago??
Besides, I guess if Rachel wasn't making it up, she should've gotten a
rape kit done. The proof is in the pudding, and if there was nothing
going on like that, then there would be no evidence anyway, correct??
It only happened once, but there would've been EVIDENCE that they had
a sexual encounter, but the court found that to not be so, EVIDENTLY!
A romantic relationship doesn't necessarily mean a sexual
relationship. She may have found him attractive, he may have found her
attractive, he didn't act on it, but she did. You can be romantic and
hug, kiss, hold hands, snuggle, whatever, and it not cross the line to
oral or all-out sex.
From what I understand, she rubbed her chest on him! I didn't want to
go there, but there!!
Are we to stone her? Give me a break! Yeah she WAS A CHILD, having a
fantasy about being with him! She wanted attention that she wasn't
getting from home, and she was getting negative and abusive attention
from her boyfriend. Anyone in that position would be drawn to anyone
who was half-decent to her!!
Should Ray have embarrassed her, like she embarrassed him for not
returning her advances???
I guess I just did, so I hope this doesn't make her suicidal that she
got called out.
Just look at these other comments:

E-V-I-D-E-N-C-E... legally binding EVIDENCE. Certainly worthy of
consideration when considering who you want running your state.
Statements, letters, suspensions....HIS OWN WORDS OF BREAKING A

Hey Kathy, people have had their Habeas corpus violated in our courts
so you have to look at the evidence to keep any integrity, and if you
were a peer on the court of public opinion (which you're not), then
your sarcasm might actually be funny... instead it shows the lack of
depth to your intelligence and makes you come off like a lap dog. GOOD
DAY.

McBerry is at best a man of poor judgment. My opinion is he's even a
lesser person than that. Too many flags going up. A grown man
shouldn't put himself in such circumstances that he has to be warned
off multiple times by church leaders.
Bash the rumor-mongers if you want, but he gave them plenty to rumor
about....

Aja Brooks
You at best, want to have the last word, at worst, I assure you, he
wouldn't have unless he thought Rachel was in danger. A grown man like
yourself should probably be busy doing something else other than
entertaining the gossip of a bunch of haggard hens, like Handel, of
her spinning a yarn and having Rachel retell her Ms. Piggy and Kermit
romance story of a student who idolized a teacher!
I don't have to bash rumor-mongers, when there's nothing any juicier
to say other than what I've said: I just put an end to the GA Capitol
day-time Soap Opera!!
Rachel has a husband now to which she can rub upon, who probably
appreciates it, and who treats her better than the jerk she was with
in high school.

I wouldn't want to disappoint you by letting your post be the last
word. So I'll just add the letter he wrote apologizing for lying about
his clandestine meetings with their daughter and his behavior:
http://tinyurl.com/y5fba5w. I guess he lied about himself too. Or
maybe the restraining order with the judge indicating there was ...
See Moresufficient evidence ... http://tinyurl.com/y7l9adz. I'm sure
it all doesn't matter. He's a man of great character, totally
misunderstood, and his actions were all the fault of a little 16 year
old slut. Yep, that's the line and we're sticking to it.

Aja Brooks
I read it, so I'm not disappointed that you're bringing it up after
the fact, as I address it in my note on my own page!!! Hey Brian, you
actually have to sleep with a person more that once or have multiple
partners, and since Rachel didn't do either, she's NOT A SLUT -- JUST
NOW A GROWN-UP LIAR!
Ya know, the link that you have of the mother's letter to the court,
yeah, I caught wind of that too because they were talking about it in
1999 when I was in college.... you see, maybe I have a different
vantage point, as I am c/o 1998 Henry County Alumni and an actual band
nerd.
Not to sound too tawdry, but I make Ray McBerry look like a choir boy!
Maybe if we want the new GA Capitol to be all about "BUBBLE GUM
ROMANCE and CHURCH GOSSIP", we should elect Handel.

Hey Kathy, I think it's called FACT. It's an ugly FACT she rubbed her
nubile mammaries on McBerry. That's the ONLY fact that's gone
unreported!
I'm now signing off ----
Hey Brian, I wouldn't even say that McBerry falls into that category!
You can't put PG-13 into the HBO variety!
It's hard for me to imagine him or Rachel in a sexual way at A-L-L,
and to see the two of them in my mind with her doing what she did to
McBerry, which is bubble gum teenage fantasy crap, doesn't get me
turned on!
In fact it's disgusting! Maybe she has so much regret for putting the
moves on him that she's lying about their "one time" encounter to save
face!!
WATCH the interview of her very closely, and note that all of it is
not forced or unnatural, until she's asked about the sexual encounter.
Then it's rehearsed and scripted, and that's the part of she's lying
about.
She rubbed her chest on him to see what he'd do, and that's the end of
that story, because he didn't do anything back.

Oh yeah, Kathy, just so that we make it official.

Since Jenny Craig didn't work, it's time to put Karen Handel and the GA Legislature on Weight Watcher's!
SB 17 won't be funded by lobbyists: $300 per person won't be the exchanged for the once lucrative, illegal drug money flowing into the GA state budget from bonds!!
A notice from the game-stopper:
I, Aja Brooks, implore the GA Legislature and former Secretary of State Karen Handel to rethink who you work for... you work for Georgians; we don't work for you! I think you have it backwards: you are replaceable, and you've made yourself expendable by your champagne tastes and penchant for money generated through our court system from illegal drug revenue and bonds!! Those doing mandatory minimum sentences for drug charges under this corruption are tired of pumping money into the state budget; in essence, even your bottom-feeders are tired of living in your pond, with you as the big fish! It's long-time to trim back the fat, and we're starting with y'all!!
Deal is my #1 pick for Governor, thanks for asking, but I try to be fair. It's often been said that I'm mean when I'm fair and I'm fair when I'm mean... that means that just because Karen Handel makes up some b.s.-way to discredit McBerry's campaign, doesn't mean that I'm not going to hold my tongue just because I support Deal. We don't need any hen-pecking from the peanut gallery!
In fact, the reason that McBerry dropped from my #2 pick spot, was because he didn't return my email when I asked him for his interpretation of the tax code, in that he would be interpreting states' rights through a religious agenda, thus making the church the state of GA... he had no comment on that, so I dropped his approval rating.
It had little to do with what happened in 1999, that Channel 2 was the ONLY station that reported the facts correctly, as they said the McBerry infraction occurred OVER A DECADE AGO, and they were right in permitting FOX5 to do the interview, which was a microphoned therapy session!
See this: Karen Handel is trying to do the opposite of McBerry, making the state of GA the church! I don't want BUBBLE GUM ROMANCE and CHURCH GOSSIP AS THE NEW GA CAPITOL under Handel, so if that's what you want, elect her! Due to her poor performance as Secretary of State, they want to now raise the lobbyist registration to $300 per person! Which for me is my tithes for AN ENTIRE YEAR !! No!! I REFUSE TO WORSHIP GOVERNMENT AS a god! Taking money and exchanging it for ethics and integrity; the very symbol for what the Gold Dome signifies, turning it into a TEMPLE OF GREED!! Be like me, and throw out those who use the GA Legislature for their own means, (like Jesus threw out the money changers), making the Gold Dome the purpose for one of commerce only, and not for law-making and justice!!
The big stinker is now that Karen Handel's budget was cut as Secretary of State, that this was due in part because she didn't charge former Sheriff Victor Hill with misappropriation and because she was resting on her laurels as a city manager, incapable of duplicating the same success as Sec. of State --- we're broke!! Now instead of doing her job by going after those businesses in ATL, of which 25% of them haven't paid their sales tax revenue in, they're trying to assess a $300 fee for lobbyist registration each year for a PLASTIC NAME TAG!!
When Kasim Reed gets fraudulently elected by ACORN people counting votes, and then he wants to say that he's going to cut FIREFIGHTERS' PENSIONS WHEN HE PAID NO TAXES FOR 10 YEARS STRAIGHT??? GOD FORBID HIS HOUSE CATCH ON FIRE !!
When Reed and Handel start looking at cutting pensions/not honoring existing contracts and charging their f---ups to lobbyists, IT IS TIME TO TRIM THE FAT, AND SLAUGHTER THE PIGS!!!
Perdue already put every area of the budget on Jenny Craig, starting with Handel, and she didn't like the belt-tightening tactics, so she balked !!
Now I'm going to type up the GOVERNMENT WEIGHT-WATCHER PROGRAM: if I can live off of $3,500 a year the past 3yrs. and hardly have any medical expenses, thank You Jesus, my health has been good, then by God --- ALL OF THESE GREEDY PIGS CAN QUIT LIVIN' SO HIGH ON THE HOG!!
My email to Karen Handel when she said that she wouldn't debate McBerry on the stage, and I wish she wouldn't, because I'm tired of hearing her blame others for the job that she failed to do as Secretary of State:

THE SCORE CARD - O's are bad, okay... and +'s are good !!
(the inside track to what polling data and pre-primary pomp and circumstance predictions won't tell you about GA's candidates for Governor)
REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES:
NATHAN DEAL - RANKED #1, HOLDING AT #1, HAS 5 + MOTTO: WHO IS HE: REPUBLICAN CONGRESSMAN FOR GA ___________ +
ERIC JOHNSON - RANKED #2, WAS #3, HAS 4+/1-O WHO IS HE: SENATOR, ARCHITECT FROM SAVANNAH_____ + WHAT IS HIS PLATFORM FOR GOVERNOR: JOBS, JOBS, AND JOBS_____+ DOES HE SUPPORT PUBLIC OPTION: OPPOSES ON THAT IT WILL DRAMATICALLY RAISE TAXES WHICH WILL DECREASE JOBS EVEN MORE_______ + DOES HE WANT TO RAISE TAXES: NO, BUT WANTS TO USE TAX REVENUE TO REBUILD INFRASTRUCTURE__________ O *STANDOUT TRAIT: THINKS THAT ECONOMY IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY, AND HE'LL MAKE IT SO AS GOVERNOR __________+ AUSTIN SCOTT - RANKED #3, WAS #6, HAS 3+/1-O (fastest gainer) WHO IS HE: GEORGIA GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEMBER FOR TIFT AND TURNER COUNTIES _________ + WHAT IS HIS PLATFORM: I NOW KNOW THAT SINCE 4-H WAS CUT FROM UGA'S BUDGET, MR. SCOTT INSISTS THAT H.R. 4872 IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, AS THE FUNDING IS CARVING AWAY MONEY FROM EDUCATION AND THE ARTS PROGRAMS_________ + DOES HE SUPPORT THE PUBLIC OPTION: OPPOSES FUNDING OR MAKING PROVISION FOR ANYTHING FROM THE STATE BUDGET UNTIL A FEDERAL VERSION IS HAMMERED OUT__________ + DOES HE WANT TO RAISE TAXES: NO, IF ALL POSSIBLE_________O JEFF CHAPMAN - RANKED #4, holding at #4, HAS 5+,(GA needs to see more of him, as Scott receives more exposure on key issues) WHO IS HE: SENATOR AND FORMER COMMISSIONER________ + WHAT IS HIS PLATFORM FOR GOVERNOR: WATER RIGHTS, BUSINESS, AND FAMILY WITH LIMITED CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT _______ + DOES HE SUPPORT PUBLIC OPTION: OPPOSES_________ + DOES HE WANT TO RAISE TAXES: NO, IT'S BAD FOR THE ECONOMY TO EVEN RAISE SALES TAX RIGHT NOW_________ + *STANDOUT TRAIT: NOT OVERLY-POLITICAL, VERY OPEN AND HONEST_________ + RAY MCBERRY - RANKED #5, FELL FROM THE #2 SPOT, HAS 4+/1-O, (BUT DOESN'T RESPOND TO PRESS INQUIRIES/EMAIL ABOUT INTERPRETING STATE'S RIGHTS AS A RELIGIOUS AGENDA, AND THOUGH HE'S FACING CONTROVERSY ABOUT A STUDENT WHEN HE WAS A TEACHER: THE RUMOR AROUND GA COLLEGE IN 1999 WAS THAT THESE ALLEGATIONS WERE BECAUSE RACHEL GANDEE, PULLED AN AMERICAN PIE MOVE ON MCBERRY, AND THAT SHE WAS NOT ONLY THE UNDERAGE INITIATOR OF ADULT ATTENTION IN A SEXUAL MANNER, BUT THAT SHE WAS ALSO THE BUTT OF MANY JOKES IN OUR OWN BAND IN COLLEGE. THE REASON THAT I REMEMBER THIS GOING FARTHER BACK THAN WHAT OTHER SOURCES ARE REPORTING, IS BECAUSE I WAS A COLLEGE TRUMPET PLAYER AND HEARING THE GUYS IN BAND JOKE ABOUT 'ESKIMO PUPPIES'... I REALIZE NOW THE JOKE IS ON RACHEL, NOT MCBERRY.) WHO IS HE: CHRISTIAN BUSINESSMAN AND FATHER, NOT A CAREER POLITICIAN_________+ WHAT IS HIS PLATFORM: LIFE, LIBERTY, AND PROPERTY/STATES' RIGHTS_________+ DOES HE SUPPORT PUBLIC OPTION: CONSTITUTIONALLY OPPOSES________+ DOES HE WANT TO *RAISE TAXES TO BALANCE THE BUDGET: NO, WANTS TO ELIMINATE INCOME/PROPERTY TAX AND RAISE SALES TAX FOR BUDGET FUNDING________O *BUT MAY VERY WELL WANT TO MAKE THE CHURCH THE STATE OF GA STANDOUT TRAIT: REFUTES ANYTHING UNCONSTITUTIONAL________+ JOHN OXENDINE - RANKED #6, WAS DEAD LAST, HAS 1+/3-O's, AND IS THE SOUTHERN NIXON WHO IS HE: GA INSURANCE COMMISSIONER__________O WHAT IS HIS PLATFORM: HUNTING WITHOUT A LICENSE, OR SO IT SEEMS....___________O DOES HE SUPPORT PUBLIC OPTION: OPPOSES PUBLIC OPTION, FOR IT APPROPRIATES TAX MONEY FOR ABORTIONS AND TARGETS MINORITIES__________+
KAREN HANDEL - RANKED #7, FELL FROM #5, HAS 1+/4-O's (KAREN HANDEL COULD NOT DUPLICATE HER SUCCESS BEING SECRETARY OF STATE: SHE PADDED NUMBERS FOR PERDUE, AND WHILE SHE PREACHES ETHICS, SHE DOESN'T PRACTICE IT/FAILED TO CHARGE FORMER SHERIFF VICTOR HILL WITH MISAPPROPRIATION, AND WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT TO PERDUE'S ATTENTION, HE CUT HER BUDGET, SO SHE RESIGNED HER POSITION. RICHARDSON'S STAUNCHEST CRITIC, THOUGH SHE'S REALLY A HYPOCRITE: HER POLITICAL STRATEGY IS SCRUTINIZING HER MALE PEERS, BUT SHE PLAYS THE POLITICAL HARLOT, AS LONG AS IT BENEFITS HER. HER M.O. IS TO POINT OUT ANOTHER'S WEAKNESS, BUT SHE IS ALL TALK AND NO WALK! WHEREVER YOU COME FROM, YOU CAN'T JUST TALK ABOUT IT OUT, YOU HAVE TO WALK IT OUT, AND ALL I'VE EVER SEEN HER DO IS RUN HER MOUTH! I AM RELIEVED THAT I DON'T HAVE TO HEAR HER DEBATE MCBERRY, AS I'M TIRED OF HEARING ABOUT COULDA, WOULDA, SHOULDA AND WILL DO... IF MARY LANDRIEU MADE A LOUISIANA PURCHASE FOR HER STATE, AND I CALLED HER A MEDUSA-HEADED POLITICAL WENCH, MARY LANDRIEU IN COMPARISON TO HANDEL, MAKES HANDEL LOOK LIKE A PRO! HOWEVER, WHEN ASKING KAREN HANDEL DIRECTLY ABOUT IMMIGRATION REFORM, SHE WAS EVASIVE, OVERLY REHEARSED, OVER-QUOTED HER OWN QUOTES (I ONLY SAW HER SPEAK ONCE) AND SHE HAS TWICE AS MUCH GRAY HAIR THAN WHEN I SAW HER JUST LAST YEAR AT IHOP... IT'S REALLY HARD ON THE NERVES TO BE SUCH A SCHEMER AS SHE IS... WHO IS SHE: FORMER SECRETARY GA SECRETARY OF STATE______O WHAT IS HER PLATFORM FOR GOVERNOR: 21ST CENTURY ECONOMIC PLAN________(WHICH IS WHAT??) ____O DOES SHE SUPPORT PUBLIC OPTION: OPPOSES, IN THAT INCREASED TAXES FROM IT WILL HARM SMALL BUSINESSES_____+ DOES SHE WANT TO RAISE TAXES: NO, BELIEVES THAT SHE CAN DUPLICATE A STATE BUDGET LIKE A FORMER BUDGET THAT SHE BALANCED IN 2YRS. THAT WAS GOING TO TAKE 7YRS. TO BALANCE THAT FACED 20% TAX CUTS(I THINK THAT'S TOO HOPEFUL, AS SHE COULDN'T DO THIS AS FORMER SEC. OF STATE)_____O *STANDOUT TRAIT: LIMITING LOBBYIST GIFTING, REQUIRING REPORTING OF ALL KINDS OF GIFTS, NOT JUST MONETARY ONES (HENCE: "SEX, LIES, AND LOBBYISTS...")_________O oh and Otis.... Otis who?? | DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES:
CARL CAMON - RANKED #1, WAS #3, HAS 5+
WHAT HE'S ABOUT: QUALITY-BASED EDUCATION, REDUCING THE REPEATER RATE OF GA STUDENTS________+ WHY: LOCAL LEVELS OF SUCCESSFUL GOVERNMENT ARE THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF STATE GOVERNMENT_______+ PLEDGE: HE WILL TEACH 1 CLASS IN EVERY COUNTY, AS TEAMS HAVE BEEN INEFFECTIVE IN DEALING WITH EDUCATION ISSUES IN OUR STATE, DOESN'T WANT PRINCIPALS TO MAKE TEACHERS FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE BY HAVING THEM HOVER OVER THEM, BUT HE WANTS WHAT'S BEST FOR FUTURE GENERATION OF EDUCATION, NOT WHAT'S BEST FOR THE TEACHER._______+ Where he stands on Public Option: He wants to concentrate closely on F.D.A. and food safety standards while focusing on those who don't have health insurance, as opposed to total overhaul of health care. DUBOSE PORTER - RANKED #2, HOLDING AT #2, HAS 4+/1-O MOTTO: "LIVE BY EXAMPLE"_____+ WHO HE IS: 27 YR. LEGISLATOR WHAT HE'S ABOUT: PASSENGER RAIL SYSTEM, UNCOLLECTED TAX REVENUE, AND ELECTRONIC CLASSROOMS/TECHNOLOGY_____+ WHY: HAS THE POLITICAL WILL TO SOLVE TRAFFIC PROBLEMS____O Strategy: collecting tax revenue would be enough to stop current teacher furloughs, while passenger railway would free up gridlock and create a better job market, creating an umbrella for community safety and prosperity._____+ PLEDGE: PORTER WANTS TO DO AWAY WITH CUTS TO EDUCATION AND INVEST IN WELL-TRAINED, SMALL ELECTRONIC CLASSROOMS. ____+ Where he stands on Public Option: wants to focus on Peach Care program, which was buried by Republicans, millions of dollars going out of the state due to medical red tape. Reforms limited to keeping dollars in state, and rather than focus on a sweeping health care program, he wants to ensure children have health coverage. General David Poythress - RANKED #3, WAS #4, HAS 5+, BUT DIDN'T REALLY HAVE A POSITION/DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT AZ'S NEW IMMIGRATION LAW MOTTO: "Republicans aren't standing up to those in their own party"_____+ WHO HE IS: PUBLIC SERVANT OF AIR FORCE AND NATIONAL GUARD_____+ WHAT HE'S ABOUT: GLOBAL ECONOMIZATION OF GA'S ECONOMY, TAX SYSTEM OVERHAUL, HAS THE SAME STRATEGY BUT WILL USE IT IN ACCORDANCE OF HIS MILITARY EXPERIENCE_____+ WHY: STEWARDSHIP WHEN IT COMES TO WATER ISSUES_____+ PLEDGE: WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, NEEDS TO BE DONE NOW_____+ Where he stands on Public Option: No one really knows what's in all the health care legislation, GA doesn't have the money to fund Public Option, so he wants to focus on expanding trauma care and getting people access to care and programs that we have within the state to people who don't have insurance. THURBERT BAKER - RANKED #4, FELL FROM #1, 2+/3-O (BAKER ALSO FAILED TO CHARGE FORMER SHERIFF VICTOR HILL WITH MISAPPROPRIATION, SO HE, HANDEL, AND HILL ARE THE GA CAPITOL'S TRINITY OF CORRUPTION, AND JUST BECAUSE HANDEL AND BAKER HAVE HELD THE NEXT HIGHEST POSITIONS EXCEPT GOVERNOR, DOESN'T MEAN BAKER OR HANDEL ARE THE RIGHT CANDIDATES FOR GOVERNOR. HANDEL RESIGNED HER POSITION BEFORE GETTING FIRED AND BAKER ALMOST GOT FIRED: HE ALSO DISOBEYED THE GOVERNOR IN NOT FILING THE SUIT AGAINST THE UNCONSTITUTIONALITY OF H.R. 4872/THE RECON. BILL) MOTTO: "IT'S ALL ABOUT EDUCATION" and "HARD WORK IS THE PATH TO SUCCESS"______+ WHO HE IS: CURRENTLY ATTORNEY GENERAL OF GA______O WHAT HE'S ABOUT: EDUCATION - HOPE SCHOLARSHIP CO-SPONSOR______+ WHY: FEELS THAT UNCOLLECTED REVENUE WOULD PREVENT BUDGET CUTS TO EDUCATION______O Strategy: He wants to protect property owners/supports 2nd amendment rights, by not balancing the budget on the backbone of education. He wants to do this by reforming the tax system, concentrating on 17 special interest sales tax provisions sapping state revenue. ______O PLEDGE: BAKER SAYS THAT 10%+ UNEMPLOYMENT IS THE HIGHEST EVER THIS STATE HAS SEEN, WANTS TO GIVE THE RIGHT INCENTIVES FOR EMPLOYERS AND BUSINESSES TO CREATE JOBS, OR WE WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE JOBS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE STATE. TAXPAYER MONEY DOESN'T BELONG TO THE GOVERNMENT, IT BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF GA, SO HE WON'T IMPOSE BURDENSOME OR UNNECESSARY TAXATION. Where he stands on Public Option: sees certain legislation as necessary to protect the health of students in transition from high school to college, especially on pre-exisiting conditions or chronic disease, focusing a state program on specifically addressing indigent care or uninsured. ROY BARNES - RANKED #5, STAYING AT THE BOTTOM, HAS 3+/2-O's (We don't need more of the same, and Barnes is a whack job when it comes to stem cell research that he endorses it, even when studies just recently released show that vaccines made from aborted stem cells have shown to cause autism!!) MOTTO: "THERE'S LIFE AFTER POLITICS"____O HE IS: FORMER GA GOVERNOR_____O WHAT HE'S ABOUT: PRIORITIZING FISCAL ISSUES ON SALES TAX, STOPPING EARMARKS, AND FOCUSING OUR ENERGY ON OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM THAT'S 'DRIVING HIM UP THE WALL'.____+ WHY: IF WE DON'T MAKE CHANGES TO EDUCATION, WE WON'T BE PROSPEROUS, AND THIS WILL BE HIS DOWNFALL_____+ PLEDGE: HE WON'T LET GA JOBS GO TO CANADA, HE WILL FOCUS ON TECH JOBS, INFRASTRUCTURE JOBS, AND HE WILL CUT GOVERNMENT JOBS FOCUSING MORE ON CONSUMER RIGHTS AND SOUND BUDGET. _____+ Where he stands of Public Option: thinks that we're at serious loss in health care over *stem cell research and will wait on the federal government's decision on Public Option bills, as Medicaid is sapping state money. *ROY BARNES SHOULD NOTE THAT STEM CELL RESEARCH HAS PROVEN INEFFECTIVE BY THE USE OF ABORTED FETUS STEM CELLS, CAUSING TUMORS AND REJECTION. ONLY STEM CELLS GROWN IN A TEST TUBE FROM THE INJECTEE HAVEN'T CAUSED THESE ISSUES, SO THERE'S NO REASON TO LEVY $100 MILLION ON GA'S STATE BUDGET TO FUND SOMETHING THAT'S NOT ONLY IMMORALLY GROSS BUT DOESN'T WORK. THE NEED FOR STEM CELLS FROM ABORTED BODIES BY NO MEANS JUSTIFIES STATE OR FEDERAL DOLLARS FUNDING ABORTION, ESPECIALLY WHEN BIRTH CONTROL IS ONLY $100 PER YEAR PER WOMAN. TWO COMMENTS: WHO IS JOHN MONDS AND WHERE HAS HE BEEN? JOHN MONDS - RANKED #6, HAS STAYED AT #6 BECAUSE HE'S BEEN HIDING, HAS 4+/1-O WHO IS HE: C/O '87 MOREHOUSE COLLEGE AND FATHER OF 4_____+ WANTS TO CHANGE THE TAX CODE, SO THAT YOU CAN KEEP YOUR TAX MONEY______O WHAT HE THINKS: WE ARE PAYING A HEAVY PRICE FOR INCARCERATION, THINKS REHABILITATION AND EDUCATION ARE KEY TO MAINTAINING ORDER IN SOCIETY, NOT WASTING MONEY HOUSING NON-VIOLENT OFFENDERS____+ SUPPORTS SUNDAY SALES OF ALCOHOL______+ SUPPORTS EDUCATION AND CLEAN ENERGY______+ |
Then we had a good laugh about Thurmond, head of GA Dept. of Labor: obviously, everyone heard my quip about not wanting Baker for Governor, as he would be the Blackberry upgrade to the Pre-Paid Tmobile Thurmond...
"Fox News Sunday" with Chris Wallace
-So there was a bomb in Times Square, in NYC, that failed to detonate. This week's oil spill will take longer than 60-90 days to clean up and be worse than the Exxon Valdez spill, with more than 11 million gallons of oil erupting into the ocean.
Interview with Napalitano: we're going to work the ocean surface, stop the spill, and clean the shoreline, BP is ultimately responsible for all costs and states are involved with the cleanup.
(She's asked if BP will be charged with the cleanup tab...)
Napalitano: by statute and regulation and we can also take their trust fund backing
Napalitano on Immigration: every security measure is being made with the implementation of this new immigration legislation passed in AZ.
Napalitano on possible nomination to the Supreme Court: quite beleaguered, she says that she doesn't know, and that she has other things to focus on.....
(Yeah, like being Obama's Looney bird, the token-butch-political-firefighter who is AMBIGUOUSLY GAY, who won't confirm or deny whatever her sexuality is or isn't, as she says she has NO TIME to pursue relations --- all work and no play makes the "MANET" story a dull one...)
Homeland Sec'y Janet Napolitano Refuses to Deny Lesbian Rumors
Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano was quizzed by Deborah Solomon in the NYT Magazine this week. One line of questioning dealt with rumors that she's a lesbian. Napolitano danced around the answers, but never said "no".
Is there anything you’d like to say to Gov. Ed Rendell of Pennsylvania, who said you would be perfect for your current job because you have “no life.”
It takes one to know one.
Men don’t know what to make of women who choose to be single. Rumors of lesbianism have dogged women in politics like you, Condoleezza Rice and Ann Richards.
Right. I think the more people get to know a person, the less that becomes an issue. It’s interesting. In Arizona when I first ran for public office, that’s when the rumors were going around, and of course I’m sure they go around now.
In 2002, during your gubernatorial campaign, you publicly denied rumors that you were a lesbian.
I just happen not to be married.
Are you seeing anybody now?
Yes, my staff.
