" THE SYNTHESIS " 4/25/2010
THE TEA PARTY EDITION: why taxes are important 4/15/2010, the TEA PARTY rallies, and host your own!

"Fox News Sunday" with Chris Wallace - 4/18/2010
(McCain speaks out on Obama, exclusive interview)

What are the White House picks? (ahem... Repubs!)

McCain: I think that we should pull the trigger on sanctions!

-refined petroleum products
-stand up for the people of Iran/like during the
Cold War
-military action/contingency is on the table/there
is a SCUD in Southern Lebanon

Wallace: what about Obama's "25 tax cuts"??

(With H.R. 4872 being one giant tax increase with costs that are already mushrooming out of the projected C.B.O. figures, repeal is the battle cry!)

McCain: the health care bill is a tax increase, along with capital gains increasing, and a huge increase in government/which raises taxes!! Obama is also bringing tax increases in through the back door with the value-added tax...

VALUE-ADDED TAX: is like a sliding scale of taxes on purchased items... so the tax increases with the value of an object, which is terrible for the seller and expensive for the buyer!!! Value-added
taxes are nothing but a mechanism for stagflation in this economy!!

McCain: "A fight not joined is a fight not enjoyed." Yes, there is a lot of anger at Washington, an anti-incumbent level that I've never seen before!

9/11 plot in Iraq was foiled !!

Liasson: 95% of people who get a pay check, GOT A TAX CUT!

well it's easy to cut taxes when only HALF of America is working!! Then it costs the government half of what it would've!! Cutting taxes makes no difference if you aren't getting a pay check, or if you can't sell anything!

Kristol: transform/we're citizens! People are trippin' on the Tea Party, but they're everyday American citizens! Government and politics is becoming more conservative and constitutionalist.

Williams: people are wanting small government, a small deficit, there is now mainstream fervor over the state of Medicare/SSI, and people view the Tea Party as the conglomerate of older, angry, white males...

(I beg to differ--the Tea Party is the most colorful of the political parties right now, the new hasn't worn off! The Tea Party overlaps the Republican Party because the financial principles of a conservative base are the same, and the Tea Party even has covert Democrats... sorry, I can't tell you who they are, for a fearing of ruining the bipartisanship we've been creating -- working on legislation that Obama has had no part of the bipartisanship!!

*The Tea Party has Native American involvement; I have Native American heritage, so naturally I'm chief in my area where I live. The Tea Party absorbs the discontent of the working class: teachers furloughed, workers laid off, and small business owners going under/businesses who haven't done anything since Obama stole the podium.
*The Tea Party isn't exclusive to the white race, as the demographic is the working class, largely blacks and whites or people of mixed race who represent the lower to upper middle classes.
*The Tea Party doesn't always side with Republican philosophy as to what's good for business, but asks: "How will this affect my family and our future??"
*The Tea Party is the backbone and movement of the American people, because we are the ones working and paying taxes, year in and year out!

While the Tea Party is divergent on immigration issues, it has more to do with the fact that illegal immigrants only pay sales tax, but then use the same services available to us as citizens -- when we pay far more property taxes, employment/payroll taxes, and local and city taxes.

T.E.A. is the acronym for TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY, not white, pissed off, and male!!)

Hume: there is a raging double standard!

Kristol: yes they're demonizing the Tea Party! The Tea Party has been peaceful and civic, raising awareness for their causes by protests, but lobbying for legislation to change what they don't support! 18% of Americans now identify themselves as Tea Party supporters! They are wealthier and better educated, and they represent older voters rather than younger voters who voted for Obama.

Williams: the Tea Party makes Republicans uncomfortable!

(With that, I agree with Juan!

*The Tea Party strategy is to wake people up from their monotonous lives and awaken them to political ideas, by making a lot of noise, literally or by other means.

We don't want the Republicans to think that they have a shoe-in vote, just because they say that they represent our ideas -- we want to see it in action, or
we're going to pipe-up about it!

We don't want to be placated or consoled! We want to know "HOW" you're going to serve us or "HOW" you're going to improve things, without telling us that if we just elect you in, that you can change things... yeah~we've heard that before!!!

*The Tea Party way is to keep growing louder and louder until you acknowledge us or do what we ask! After being droned out by Obama's rhetoric on every news station for the past two years with the accompanying Democratic diatribe, the din of dissent has grown louder, as the 2010 political arena has heated up again!

People feel ignored by the Supreme Court regarding Obama's citizenship matters, something that will be even more important with the latest appointments, and people even feel put off by their representatives; Democrat or Republican alike, because they feel pressured to do what Obama wants, rather than what the people vote for and support!

On the issues, people feel like the Press has neglected reporting on Obama's lack of citizenship, hence his immigration stance, and unless people have aligned themselves with 9-12, DAR, or read other sources for political news, they feel left out of the loop, spending their waking hours at work, tending to their family, and praying for
their country!)

Kristol: the left is TERRIFIED by the huge damage that the Tea Party has inflicted to his agenda!!
People won't go for the value-added tax, and how come Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac are exempt from stricter
regulations in Obama's financial reform package of bills? Wall Street is bad!! Obama 101: his agenda is
value-added tax, which is a stealth tax, and financial reform. He's not bringing anything else to the table
with solutions for climate control that don't raise taxes, or immigration reform.

(Bless your soul, Kristol, for asking the question that those of us who know, already know the answer to that one! Obama got a kickback from Fannie Mae and sold out America in the housing market to the tune of $10,000 to endorse Fannie Mae!!! )

(Essentially, what this means is that Americans weren't aware that banks were sapping the government, double-dipping into government capital and customer dollars to gamble in the stock market and the housing market. Probably because Americans weren't listening to John McCain.

I heard about this and knew about this, and so did McCain's voters and supporters. He actually blew the whistle years back when Obama got a $10,000 kickback for endorsing Fannie Mae. While McCain pushed for regulation even during the Bush Jr. Administration, Obama was one of many Senators in a Republican-dominated Congress who blocked regulation by voting present and trading votes on various financial reform measures.

This is why you don't vote for a candidate without getting their voting record or doing a background check. Briefings were due 1-19-2010 regarding Obama's citizenship. America essentially voted these problems in on a presidential scale, so now they have to vote out Dems/impeach Obama to undo this damage. Giving the Dems more patience and no regulation is what got us into this mess, as Obama shouldn't even still be in office/never should've been there in the first place!!

BOTTOM LINE: YOU DON'T LOOK AT WHAT OBAMA SAYS, YOU LOOK AT WHAT HE DOES, AND WHAT HE DOES IS MUCK UP!!)

THE "JOE THE PLUMBER" AD CAMPAIGN WAS A CATCHY SLOGAN FOR REPUBS, AND NOW, IT JUST DOESN'T SEEM LIKE POLITICAL CYNICISM ANYMORE, BUT THE MOOD OF THE COUNTRY. I GUESS TAXPAYERS FEEL JILTED EVERY TIME THINGS COME UP FOR A VOTE, FOR NO MATTER WHAT IS SAID TO OBAMA AND CONGRESS ABOUT HOW EXPENSIVE THIS RECON. BILL STILL IS, IT'S LIKE WE'RE NOT GETTING ANYWHERE; EVEN THOUGH OUR STATE BUDGETS ARE BILLIONS IN THE RED:

I DON'T THINK THAT REPUBS ARE EGGING US ON, WHEN WE'RE JUST AS FRUSTRATED WITH THEM, EXCEPT THE FACT THAT THE REPUBLICANS HAVE AT LEAST BROUGHT OUR CONCERNS OUT BEFORE CONGRESS:

AS YOU CAN SEE, WE'RE NOT EASILY SWAYED WHEN OBAMA TELLS US THAT WE SHOULD BE THANKFUL ABOUT 25 'TEENSY' TAX CUTS, WHEN H.R. 4872 COSTS SO MUCH: TELLING US ALL THAT WE'RE 'PASSING UP THE CAKE THAT WE'RE GOING TO EAT', AS IF TO SAY THAT THE RECON. BILL IS SO GOOD THAT IT COMES WITH A GUARANTEE...
WE KNOW FOR A FACT THAT WE'RE NOT GOING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK UNTIL NOVEMBER, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE LOOK AT OUR STATE BUDGETS AND KNOW THAT EDUCATION IS ON THE CHOPPING BLOCK BECAUSE OF IT. SCHOOLS AREN'T BEING CLOSED BECAUSE OF A CHANGE IN THE WEATHER, BUT A CHANGE IN STATES' FINANCES BECAUSE OF THE BUDGETING FOR THE RECON. BILL...

WHAT'S SO TRAGIC IS THAT OUR EDUCATION HAS COME DOWN TO THE COST OF A CHALK BOARD, A PIECE OF CHALK, AN ERASER, AND A TEACHER -- OR FUNDING THE RECONCILIATION BILL. THE STRAIN THE RECONCILIATION BILL IS PLACING ON OUR STATE BUDGETS COMES FROM EACH STATE'S BUDGET PLANS: TO EXPAND MEDICAID, CUT MEDICARE 40%, AND NOT CARRY A DEFICIT. A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T NEED THE REPUBS TO SEE THAT OUR STATE AND COUNTRY IS IN A FINANCIAL MESS, WITH UNEMPLOYMENT GOING UP IN GA, AND HOUSING SALES DOWN EVERYWHERE.....(SEE WHERE YOUR STATE RANKS):

TO TOP IT OFF, GIVEN THAT WE ONLY HAD 3 DAYS TO LOOK OVER THIS BILL ANYWAY, THE INITIAL ANALYSIS OF THE APPROPRIATION AND HOW IT WILL AFFECT GA TELLS US THAT EVEN THOUGH A PRESTIGIOUS COLLEGE LIKE UGA HAS HAD TO CUT 4-H OUT ENTIRELY AND DO AWAY WITH ANY RESEARCH PROGRAMS, WITH A FORECAST OF 65%+ TUITION HIKES ---
the carnage done by its passage led to hundreds of teachers in Cobb County, GA having their jobs cut or furloughed, with their County millions of dollars in the red too!

OKAY, SO A MONTH HAS GONE BY, AND A METEOR HASN'T STRUCK, BUT A FINANCIAL METEOR HAS STRUCK GA'S STATE BUDGET WITH JUST AS MUCH FORCE, SINCE THE PASSAGE OF THE RECON. BILL !!

IT NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE ME HOW PEOPLE STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT'S IN THE LEGISLATION, EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO SUPPORT A SIDE OR POSITION ON SOMETHING THAT THEY'VE NEVER READ!! THAT'S ALMOST LIKE ASKING A CHRISTIAN IF THEY'RE A CHRISTIAN AND THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE, BUT THEY'VE NEVER READ THE BIBLE. YOU CAN GO TO POLITICAL MEETINGS, YOU CAN LISTEN TO POLITICAL ANALYSTS, BUT UNLESS YOU READ THE LEGISLATION FOR YOURSELF, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT SOMEONE ELSE SAYS, IT WILL ONLY MATTER WHAT YOU DID NOT SAY!!

So allow me to say a few things...
Rush and Beck aren't Tea Party fanatics: Rush is a convert! Rush formerly abused prescription pills/opiates, something that goes against even the historical perspective of the Tea Party!! As tea conflicted with the opium trade more than 200yrs. ago; therefore, Rush converted to the Tea Party: counter-terrorism, counter-pro-government philosophy! He sided with the Tea Party and gave up the pills! Glenn Beck did too, converted to Mormonism, which makes him the perfect government antagonist, but not really a reflection of the guiding religious influences or platform of the Tea Party, as the Tea Party is primarily comprised of practicing Christians. Now that we have that straight...

I WAS READING THE "DAILY KOS" THE OTHER DAY, AMONG OTHER LESS-ESTEEMED PUBLICATIONS LIKE "THE MIAMI HERALD", AND I COULDN'T HELP BUT NOTICE THE INVECTIVES THAT PEOPLE HAVE AGAINST REPUBS, GLENN BECK, AND RUSH LIMBAUGH.

WITH JUST AS MUCH FERVOR, DEMS AND THEIR CONSTITUENTS ATTACK SUCH ENTITIES WITH SUCH MEDIA VITRIOL AS TO CALL ANYONE WHO QUESTIONS OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP TO BE "A BIRTHER" AND "BAT SH*T INSANE" !! WHEN DID BEING AN EDUCATED VOTER BECOME AN ACT OF INSANITY, AND WHEN DID BELIEVING AND UPHOLDING THE CONSTITUTION MAKE ONE A "BIRTHER" AND NOT A "CONSTITUTIONALIST"??

HERE LATELY, I'M BEGINNING TO THINK THAT WITH AS MUCH SURPRISE THAT THE WHITE HOUSE SHOWS OVER JUST THE BEGINNING OF THE BACKLASH AGAINST THE RECON. BILL PASSAGE, WHY ELSE WOULD WE SEE IT AS SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS....

I ALMOST HATE TO SOUND CLICHE, BUT YOU CAN DRESS DOWN THE RECON. BILL, BY TAKING OUT THE STUDENT LOAN FRINGE, BUT IT'S STILL A PIG WITH LIPSTICK ON THE KOHL'S CHARGE CARD!! THE OBJECTIONS TO THE BILL COME EVEN WITHIN THE FIRST 120 PAGES (SO FORWARD THIS NEWSLETTER AND LINKS TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS):

Complaint filed against Rangel: http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AVUUGGGbcuQuZGRya3NyYmZfNDI3ZnR4amczZjM&hl=en

PAGES 50-100 OF THE RECON BILL: YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE THE PROGRAM READY, SO YOU CAN'T TAX US FOR SOMETHING IN 2010 THAT WE'RE NOT EVEN GETTING CARE FOR YET!!http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AVUUGGGbcuQuZGRya3NyYmZfNTE2Z2s3cWNta2M&hl=en

PAGES 100-120 http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AVUUGGGbcuQuZGRya3NyYmZfNTM0Z3AzYmZkcGI&hl=en

"ABC Nightly News" just said that our state prison population has come down 5,000.

Yet, the state prison population is 1,403,000+ and at $60, 000 per year, per inmate, that costs taxpayers $84,180,000,000 !!

WE CAN'T DO HEALTH CARE REFORM AS A PRISON EXPANSION SYSTEM !!

THESE ARE JUST A FEW THINGS OF WHAT IS TO COME IF WE DON'T REPEAL THIS RECON. BILL, BASED ON ITS UNCONSTITUTIONALITY AND MISAPPROPRIATION: WITH THE USURPATION OF STATES' RIGHTS AND SOVEREIGNTY, OBAMA'S OLD ENGLISH REVIVAL OF THE DEBTORS PRISONS OVER THE HEALTH CARE COSTS OF THE RECON. BILL, WILL BE SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

MANY OF YOU ARE ALL TOO FAMILIAR WITH THE BUDGET CUTS ALL OVER OUR STATES, SO HOW DID THINGS GET SO OUT-OF-WHACK, SO FAST, THAT WE'VE BEEN HAVING TO FURLOUGH WORKERS AND 10 MILLION+ ARE STILL UNEMPLOYED, EVEN AFTER BEING PROMISED TO FOCUS ON JOBS LIKE A LASER SINCE JANUARY, 4 MONTHS AGO??

WELL, PART OF THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHAT WE HAVE HERE, IS THAT IT'S LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE IN THIS COUNTRY HAS BEEN PUSHED ASIDE TO FUND SOMETHING THAT WE CAN'T ANYWAY !! SO NOW IT'S COME DOWN TO FINANCIAL RUSSIAN ROULETTE:
LIKE
AND
WITH

"Meet the Press" with David Gregory
Geithner on the hot seat:
talks pace of recovery, new regulations, and the case against Goldman Sachs

Gregory: What's up with Goldman Sachs selling products that they would never buy themselves??

(Geithner asks to skip over this)

(Well, isn't that convenient!! Of course he says that he can't comment on the case, but it is quite another to have a commentary on financial regulations, and tell us "HOW" you're going to improve the stock market and discuss the provisions of the legislation that remove taxpayer liability for bailouts.)

Geithner gives terrible interviews by the way! I will revert back to the Hogwart's analogy here, when Harry Potter goes to make a withdrawl from the Wizard's bank....

http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2372/2394077728_04a0dbb7d0.jpg
( Which is like most taxpayers, when they go to use a service or ask for their unemployment, they get a sneer: as if to say, "No, that's what I use to buy votes from my minority constituents and social welfare groups!!" I mean, haven't you seen the change of currency on the penny? The shield of Kenya, embossed with E PLURIBUS UNUM -- out of one, many... can only imply out of mother Africa, many Kenyan-Americans, African-Americans, black-Americans, and so on....)

(The problem is though that we got here because of what Obama did as a Senator, and until we acknowledge that he created this crisis, we won't get anywhere with his solutions. Obama got his wealth from fundraising, stealing money from charity, and letting his fundraiser Rezko take the fall and do federal time for those charges involving his house and property, for money that should've went to build 10 homes for poor/homeless families. The Republican party did not bring this to light for lack of a ruling/verdict where Obama is charged. We still do not have an update if Rezko's plea out implicates Obama-though we're pretty sure it does, and when Obama's birth certificate is determined as fake, this means Obama's facing federal fraud charges!! This would be enough to overturn Obama's love-hate relationship with his fat cat banker poker buddies and boot him out of office!!)

Let me sum up what Geithner took 15-20 min. to say, repeating himself, repeatedly, with indirect quotes:

Geithner says that he has a strong bill proposal.

Gregory: With 8 and 1/2 million people losing their jobs and half losing their homes, is this a "JOB-LESS" Recovery?

Geithner: it's trickling back.

(It's trickling back!! What Ross Perot said really did come true! His was "trickle down" economics theories and the infamous "that sucking sound" of economic depression!!)

Gregory: do I hear rumor of a GAS TAX??

Blackburn: this is the BOOM & BUST of fraud and abuse!

*Some see this financial bill as the cornerstone for financial bailout.
Reform needs to be just as tough on Washington as it is on Wall Street!

Gregory: Let's separate fact from fiction in the bills...

2008 was a template for bailout, so the Senate bill is designed to eliminate management and trim back.

Gregory: Who's winning?

The Repubs are driving the argument/big government is impeding economic recovery!

Touches on H.R. 1116 MS AWARENESS WEEK

Followed by the interview with Bill Clinton...

Who is quoted as saying that we "should not be turning people into objects of demonization", and he's not saying the Tea Party shouldn't be demonized, he's alluding to Timothy McVeigh, and the Oklamhoma City bombing, that these years have the same political instability, if not more so! So just how did a former military serviceman go over the edge??

Timothy James McVeigh (April 23, 1968 – June 11, 2001) was a United States Army veteran and former security guard who was convicted of detonating a truck bomb in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Building on April 19, 1995, killing 168 people, including 19 children under the age of six. It was the deadliest act of terrorism within the United States prior to the September 11, 2001 attacks,[3] and is referred to as the Oklahoma City bombing. McVeigh, a militia movement sympathizer, sought revenge against the federal government for the Waco Siege which had ended in the deaths of 76 people exactly two years earlier. He also hoped to inspire a revolt against what he considered a tyrannical federal government. He was convicted of 11 federal offenses, sentenced to death, and executed on June 11, 2001. Terry Nichols and Michael Fortier were also convicted in the plot. McVeigh claimed to have been a target of bullying at school,[5] and that he took refuge in a fantasy world where he retaliated against those bullies; he also stated that he believed the United States government to be the ultimate bully.[6] Those who knew McVeigh remember him as being withdrawn. He is said to have had only one girlfriend during his childhood. He stated to journalists that he did not know how to impress girls.[7] According to his authorized biography, "his only sustaining relief from his unsatisfied sex drive was his even stronger desire to die."[8] A few childhood friends described him as having been outgoing and playful as a young child, and only subsequently becoming withdrawn as an adolescent. While in high school, he became interested in computers and he hacked into government computer systems on his Commodore 64, under the handle "The Wanderer", which was borrowed from the song by Dion DiMucci. In his senior year, McVeigh was named the school's "most promising computer programmer."[9] McVeigh graduated from Starpoint Central High School on June 2, 1986, with relatively poor grades.[1]

McVeigh was introduced to firearms by his grandfather and became increasingly fascinated by them. McVeigh told people he wanted to be a gun shop owner and sometimes took firearms to school to impress his classmates. McVeigh became intensely interested in gun rights after he graduated from high school, as well as the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, and read magazines such as Soldier of Fortune. He briefly attended Bryant & Stratton College before dropping out.[10][11]

Military career

In May 1988, McVeigh enlisted in the United States Army, at the age of twenty.[12] He had little interest in the bar scene, preferring to use his spare time to read about firearms, sniper tactics, or explosives.[13] He purchased a "White Power" T-shirt while attending a Ku Klux Klan protest against black servicemen who wore what he viewed as "Black Power" T-shirts around his army camp,[14] for which he was reprimanded.

He served in the Gulf War, where he was awarded a Bronze Star. He had been a top-scoring gunner with the 25mm cannon of the Bradley Fighting Vehicles used by the U.S. 1st Infantry Division to which he was assigned. He served at Fort Riley, Kansas, before Operation Desert Storm. At Fort Riley, McVeigh completed the Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC). McVeigh later would say that the Army taught him how to switch off his emotions.[7] He had special lifesaving training and may have saved the life of a comrade who had life-threatening shrapnel wounds.[15]

McVeigh aspired to join the United States Army Special Forces (SF). After returning from the Gulf War, he entered the selection program to become an SF soldier, but was quickly dropped from the program after failing to meet the physical fitness requirements. Shortly thereafter, McVeigh decided to leave the army. He was discharged on December 31, 1991.[16] McVeigh was given an honorable discharge from the Army Reserve in May 1992.

Post-military life

After leaving the army in 1992, McVeigh grew increasingly transient. At first he worked briefly near his hometown of Pendleton as a security guard, where he sounded off daily to his co-worker Carl Lebron, Jr. about his loathing for government. Deciding the Buffalo area was too liberal, he left his job and began driving around America, seeking out his old friends from the Army.[17]

McVeigh wrote letters to local newspapers, complaining about taxes:

Taxes are a joke. Regardless of what a political candidate "promises," they will increase. More taxes are always the answer to government mismanagement. They mess up. We suffer. Taxes are reaching cataclysmic levels, with no slowdown in sight... Is a Civil War Imminent? Do we have to shed blood to reform the current system? I hope it doesn't come to that. But it might.[18][dead link]

McVeigh also wrote to Congressman John J. LaFalce, complaining about the arrest of a woman for carrying mace:

It is a lie if we tell ourselves that the police can protect us everywhere at all times. Firearms restrictions are bad enough, but now a woman can't even carry Mace in her purse?

It is claimed that while visiting friends in Decker, Michigan, McVeigh complained that the Army had implanted him with a microchip into his buttocks so that the government could keep track of him.[1]

The long hours in a dead-end job, the feeling that he did not have a home and his failure to establish a relationship with a woman brought McVeigh to the breaking point. He sought romance, but was rejected by his co-worker Andrea Peters and still felt nervous around women. He felt he brought too much pain to his loved ones.[19] He grew angry and frustrated at his difficulties acquiring a girlfriend and took up obsessive gambling.[20] Unable to pay back gambling debts, he took a cash advance and then defaulted on his repayments. He then began looking for a state without heavy government regulation or high taxes. He became enraged when the government informed him that he had been overpaid $1,058 while in the army and he would need to pay back the money. He wrote an angry letter to the government inviting them to:

Go ahead, take everything I own; take my dignity. Feel good as you grow fat and rich at my expense; sucking my tax dollars and property.[21]

McVeigh introduced his sister to anti-government literature, but his father had little interest in these views. He moved out of his father's house and into an apartment that had no telephone, which had the advantage of making it impossible for his boss to contact him. He also quit the NRA, viewing its stance on gun rights to be too weak.[22]

(I'm not sensationalizing this/it's straight out of the Wikipedia; I'm just saying that we forget how fragile life is... we forget that a person is multi-faceted, but they can become so focused on one thing, as to defy sanity...)

Uh, so let's think about this: Nancy Pelosi isn't turning herself into an object of demonization by carting around a gavel as big as she is, the day that the vote on the recon. bill takes place on a Saturday, egging on protestors, and then saying: "They were chanting so loud, this was the first time we could hear them through the walls of Congress!"

Let me say 2 things: Timothy McVeigh wasn't a Tea Party member, and I will explain why later on, from a historical perspective, and the guy who rammed a plane into the I.R.S. building paid no dues as a Tea Party member. While these two mens' lives display the same boiling anger at government, about abortion, and about taxes; the Tea Party takes action through protests, legislation, and voting. These acts of violence were not initiated or sponsored by the Tea Party, but the course of anger often takes two diverging directions: one of process/elimination by lawful means, or as the last resort, one of violence. While most people prefer to not have conflict, confrontation, or resort to violence, people do not become violent unless they feel threatened physically or personally in some way.

Now, while I'm not defending the course of actions taken by either men, the motivation and calculation of both were not the result of temporal insanity! If there is anything that the govt. should ponder, it is that: "Insanity is repeating the same things and expecting different results." Clint Eastwood said it, I didn't!

So what is truly insane? A government that continues to ignore the people, who take their livelihood to pay for their salaries, their buildings, their light bills, and their sustenance?

Who is
insane?! The govt., who has become like a cancer to the American people, like a parasite that feeds off of Americans like a leech, and after sucking out the blood, sticks its nasty-little-head-up, demanding more??!! Or isn't just as insane for people to keep allowing the government to suck off of them??

I guess it all depends on just how angry you are...

Okay, so even though the order is that "The GA Gang" comes before the 9-12 Sunday spot, as the 20min. power-packed, most-relevant interlude, I wanted to include it here later on...

"The Georgia Gang" --- georgiagang@myfoxatlanta.com

The Senate shouldn't be taking on the role of "Church" or Socialism!

The Georgia Gang discusses the resignation of Whip Seabaugh, that he voted for what
his constituents wanted, which was against the hospital tax. Nelms has a fantastic article
covering Seabaugh's resignation in "The Citizen" - Fayette Edition 4/14/2010, where Seabaugh is quoting that this hospital tax is a mechanism for redistribution. Apparently, Seabaugh isn't the only one who's tired of Obama being puppet master!

Fiscal conservation
not just means spending wisely, it means keeping the people in control of the government's appropriating of tax dollars, in that tax cuts and reducing the revenue that the government gets, keeps a free market system flowing with money being spent in the private sector. Instead of the government growing into one giant machine, that takes money in and dispenses money -- oops!

We already had that when we bailed out the banks who are fat enough now to not give out loans to even their own customers, or to small businesses anymore, when our tax money was used to bail them out!!

The GA budget has been so strapped, it's not a laughing matter!! It has become a matter, for Georgians, of sheer survival: do I have enough money to wash clothes, or do I not run the electricity for 2wks.?? Many of you are in that boat, and while Obama is giving you the golf clap for being so environmentally friendly, many of you can only afford to go out to eat once a month, or households that used to be dual-income are now single-income!

People are divorcing over financial issues, but still living
together, just because the tax write-offs aren't that great, or because someone can't get medical care, and we've clearly put the state and federal government as an idol where family government was the governing unit!!

Which brings the discussion to transportation: we don't have a way to handle projects, we're 49th out of 50,
(yes I have to say that because Obama thinks that there's more than 50 states), when it comes to transportation. Businesses are hurting because of traffic and congestion, productivity is down, and C-TRAN took the fall for the reckless lack of financial control that former Sheriff Victor Hill had as Sheriff, and now Marta doesn't look "SMARTA"...
red X's decorated buses after getting the news that we haven't made headway on being $1 billionin the hole for state funds!!

According to the GA Gang, it's all about "bookkeeping"!

If that's so, bring former Mayor Franklin up on corruption charges, like they did former Mayor Bill Campbell, and ask her who enabled her from the NAACP to doctor their books for the campaign donations that they made to Obama, that he gave back when he was awarded the Nobel Prize money!!

**Speaker Ralston on MARTA issues: counties that are on boards are a conflict of interest
!

The GA Gang examines the last 8yrs.: what have we done??! The jobs bill got killed, due to it becoming a political primary issue on 7/20/2010 with the Governor's race at warp speed now, and the Firefighters' pensions have come under scrutiny by people who have been out of work for over a year; with the GA Gang suggesting that if we can afford to employ them, that we need to look at their pensions!

Then the GA Gang turns to the injured ankle, the recon. bill/H.R. 4872, saying that Perdue has hired Frank Jones to represent us to defend our Constitutional rights to refuse treatment/care under the Obama insurance plan: that it is not only an issue of violating our state laws for patients' rights already in place, but it is in glaring violation of the Constitution itself; the government can't force you to buy health insurance like car insurance!

They mention that Keane is leaving, who was an effective speaker for GA Repubs, and that this leaves the GA political climate questionable and uncertain.

Which brings me to the Tea Party, that TWO of the GA Gang members attended Tea Party Day rallies, that they were peaceful assemblies/political networking opportunities, and the best story was meeting a lady who had the Founding Fathers tattooed on her arm...

while I couldn't find that picture, it seems to be a tattooing trend now....

The GA Gang mentions that Isakson thinks that we should repeal H.R. 4872 and start over --- which yes, on that bill, we didn't even need to pass it when Obama never even bothered to email me about the compromise that I sent Pelosi from talking to people on what they wanted out of health care reform!!

Prelude to winners and losers: did you know that 72yr. old Ron Paul is trailing Obama by 1 point in opinion polls and that 15-18% of voters identify themselves as Tea Partiers??? -- Sure you did! You pay attention!

WINNERS AND LOSERS:

TEA PARTY SPEAKERS - WINNERS!
GEORGIANS - LOSERS.... IF YOU THINK TAXES AND THE BUDGET IS BAD NOW, JUST WAIT AND SEE IF WE DON'T REPEAL H.R. 4872 !!
THE CAPITOL REMOVES 7,000 POSITIONS.... SOME SAY WE SHOULD REMOVE ANOTHER 7,000....

THURMOND RUNNING FOR SENATE - LOSER - 10.6% UNEMPLOYMENT !!

AUBREY MORRIS/ARTS COMMITTEE WAS WIPED OUT TO HIRE A LAWYER...

Are you...

A white Native American?
A tan Native American?
Or a dark Native American?

IMMIGRATION REFORM POLICY WOULD BE A WINNER, BUT JOSE SAYS IT'S JUST A BROKEN PROMISE -- I CAN'T HELP BUT AGREE !!

Just so you know:

HISTORY OF THE TEA PARTY:

The Boston Tea Party was a direct action by colonists in Boston, a town in the British colony of Massachusetts, against the British government. On December 16, 1773, after officials in Boston refused to return three shiploads of taxed tea to Britain, a group of colonists boarded the ships and destroyed the tea by throwing it into Boston Harbor. The incident remains an iconic event of American history, and other political protests often refer to it.

The Tea Party was the culmination of a resistance movement throughout British America against the Tea Act, which had been passed by the British Parliament in 1773. Colonists objected to the Tea Act for a variety of reasons, especially because they believed that it violated their right to be taxed only by their own elected representatives. Protesters had successfully prevented the unloading of taxed tea in three other colonies, but in Boston, embattled Royal Governor Thomas Hutchinson refused to allow the tea to be returned to Britain. He apparently did not expect that the protestors would choose to destroy the tea rather than concede the authority of a legislature in which they were not directly represented.

The Boston Tea Party was a key event in the growth of the American Revolution. Parliament responded in 1774 with the Coercive Acts, which, among other provisions, closed Boston's commerce until the British East India Company had been repaid for the destroyed tea. Colonists in turn responded to the Coercive Acts with additional acts of protest, and by convening the First Continental Congress, which petitioned the British monarch for repeal of the acts and coordinated colonial resistance to them. The crisis escalated, and the American Revolutionary War began near Boston in 1775.

WHAT THE CURRENT TEA PARTY LOOKS LIKE:

Then to bring you up to present date 4/25/2010, this Sunday morning's lineup was a snoozer!!

Chris Wallace was interviewing two people and Mitch McConnell, so I watched the back of my eyelids... a little before 10:30 I tuned in...

David Gregory was all over it....

The Anti-Immigration Bill being the political boiling point, as the argument is that if we have 20 million people who are uninsured and half of them are illegal, then why this huge tax increase, why this mammoth misappropriation, why should our state budget be $1 billion indebted to the federal government -- when we don't have to fund legislation for people who aren't citizens??

This will really drive the whole Obama lack-of-birth-certificate thing home for you: Obama's college
scholarship in Indonesia had the stipulation that you had to be foreign, in order to attain it. Obama
is Kenyan-born, so he got the scholarship! The reason that Obama feels personally compelled about
health care is that his grandmother duped the Hawaii health department by saying that she was his
guardian to get him health care in Hawaii! That's why people are demanding to see the long-from birth certificate, which has now surfaced from Kenya, the Coast Province has verified it.

*Notwithstanding
the formal process is for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to petition the Embassy in Kenya to formally charge Obama with election fraud.

Would Hillary rock the whole Democratic Party just to do the right thing??!

Is her husband's name Bill Clinton??! LOL

So the Supreme Court has delayed the briefing hearing in February, prior to the State of the Union.... one of the most pressing matters of Obama violating the Oath of office, and running a fraudulent campaign, AND receiving a felony charge for each donation that he took in over a certain dollar amount (why John McCain was trying to save Obama's behind on this, I'll never know! I guess to just tell Obama when the crap hits the fan, "Don't say I didn't warn you/I told you so!")

Which brings me to John McCain, as the Press has been saying for a couple of weeks now that he's been having a tough time in the re-eleciton campaign, but however slanted that may be, McCain is certainly not having as much of a problem as Obama is having trying to convince Americans that he should remain in office!!

OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE / ELIGIBILITY / OBAMACARE
MARCH ON WASHINGTON

At the Ellipse – President’s Park South
17th St & Constitution Ave, NW

DATE: SATURDAY, MAY 29, 2010
TIME: 12:00 NOON – 4:00 P.M.

BARACK OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO SERVE AS PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:

* The United States Constitution mandates the President of the United States must be a United States “natural born” Citizen – Article II, Section I;

* Obama was born in Mombasa, in what is now Kenya, Africa;

* Obama’s legal name is Barry Soetoro;

* Obama is an Indonesian Citizen as he was adopted/acknowledged by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian Citizen; and

* The Healthcare bill (ObamaCare) signed into Law by Obama on March 23, 2010 is unconstitutional and voidable since he is ineligible to serve as President of the United States.

For these reasons, Philip J. Berg, Esquire, Obamacrimes.com is sponsoring the “OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE / ELIGIBILITY / OBAMACARE” March on Washington in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, May 29, 2010 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 P.M.

All individuals participating are requested to bring a copy of their Birth Certificate and meet at the Ellipse – President’s Park South located at 17th St & Constitution Ave, NW, Washington, D.C.

The Press shows acknowledge the general discontent of the country: 80% of people polled the past couple
of weeks said that they don't trust Congress, which is easy to see, as Obama gives us no reason to trust
him or make us think that he is a person of his word!!

This is especially true when it comes to immigration, as I believe that if the Press thinks the Tea Party people are p*ssed off, they've downplayed the anger of Latinos, Mexicans, and people of Spanish speaking cultures/descent:

The political strategy of Hispanic voters of "staying home", has served my family well! I come from a Native
American and European background, but I was taught Spanish, and our family hasn't voted in years!! For us to
support John McCain's campaign and principles was something HUGE in 2008!

For me to become a GA lobbyist in 2009
with a long-time friend is even MORE HUGE.... while I could work with Obama, I may decide not to do so on this issue. I could call it "a personal conflict of interest". Besides, Obama has been all about the Democrats' agenda, off the rip, completely contrary to his campaign platform of bipartisanship, and he's pushed me into a corner about this health care bill! GA cut the Arts budget/federal grants for a year just to pay for a lawyer to fight the disastrous effects that haven't even gotten here yet: all the "free health care" checks that the whole country can't cash!!

Let me say this: this is no longer a political battle for me, it's personal! When art and music, the very things that I live to do, are no longer supported, and my art business has gone nowhere in 3yrs. in this economy, IT'S PERSONAL!!

That's the reason that I supported John McCain's campaign in 2008 and what he's been doing in the Senate;
serving us for years, because I believe in him personally -- his story! Politically he's grown, and as an individual, he has been humble and righted anything perceived as wrong. Which is what I think is up with this legislation from Arizona, as Georgia has had its own problems with abusing the Patriot Act, and now Clayton County and the entire state of GA is paying for its mistakes!

Arizona will too, if they arrest people who are legitimate citizens!! That legislation,
while well-intentioned to enable officers to deal with border issues, has the potential to bankrupt local city governments who abuse the law and get sued!

Oh, it's official! David Brooks has drank some KOOL-AID! I couldn't believe my ears when he brushed off Obama's socialism this morning with labeling Obama as a "MODERATE PRAGMATIC" !!! --- wtf?

That's equivalent to saying that Obama is moderately a citizen, or that he's practically a citizen.... okay, and? Moderate doesn't mean he doesn't lean too far to the left or to the right, when he leans left, and outspending any President ever, isn't practical !! I took my cell phone, and I wound it in a circle vigorously around my right ear when he said that -- I couldn't help it!! It was a knee-jerk reaction to something so ludicrous and crazy, probably why they make me sit at home and watch the show, instead of inviting me on as a guest!!

The last, but biggest order of discussion for Sunday is the Goldman Sachs trial, in which it was likened to that of Tobacco Executives, in the movie "Thank You for Smoking", or the most recent Toyota let down and denial of the decade, that yes, they live up to their advertising, but in the most negative way: "MOVING FORWARD" without even braking or stopping, no less... not even batting an eyelash to say that yes, Toyota is going over the cliff, along with their reputation-------------__________!! I have a feeling the Obama Administration will be the same way, and I just want to end this by saying something that TOOL said a long time ago "LEARN TO SWIM!!"

Nice try. There are no spam laws in GA. Are you going to sue me for free speech?
I'm not calling you on your job or protesting at where you work.
Turn me up by my ankles, the state can't take anything else from me Ms. Cary they shook me dry.

I will pray for you.

Forgive me for making submissions to your newspaper, as I know that she is a blogger, and she gets quite jealous if she's "scooped". I send her my material, hoping that she will blog about it, as people are very interested in the health care bill. She's very unprofessional. I had to report her to google once before, and I believe that after I emailed you the last time about her behavior, that she stopped sending me email threats for a little bit. I just don't get it - if this is her job, and I'd like to see her blog about it, why the attitude?

She reserves the right not to publish what I send her, but there is no spam law in GA, nor did I do anything that wasn't within her job description. If she doesn't like doing her job at "The Fayette Citizen", then why is she there? I don't know her personally at all, I'm just sending her information. If she doesn't like it or doesn't want to use it, please advise her to delete it. I would hate to file a complaint against her.

Thanks again,
Ms. Aja Brooks

Any email that Ms. Cary sends me now from her work email address or her home email address cary5025@bellsouth.net will be forwarded back to you as the Editor. I have filed an informal complaint with Sheriff Hannah online, as I sent him a copy. I will be calling you in the morning Mr. Beverly to make sure that we are clear about keeping this professional. Please have a conference with Ms. Cary. We should be working together in the media as fellow journalists, not resort to name calling. I was very disappointed to see that she was quite older than me, but I guess age is not a determinant of character.

Mrs. Brooks, Ms. Cary is NOT my employee. She is an independent contractor.

Your emails to her -- unless they are intended to harass her -- are wasted: She doesn't handle, process or report on anything that your emails contain.

So far as I can determine, name-calling is not a crime in the U.S., particularly when it is in response to receiving unwanted emails. So, your report to Sheriff Hannah is both misplaced and hypocritical, since you engage in quite a lot of name-calling yourself.

As a purported "journalist," I would expect you to have somewhat thicker skin than you demonstrate here.

Stop sending your emails -- that mainly consist of your varied opinions on varied subjects -- to her, and you won't have any more occasion to be called any names whatsoever by her.

But keep on sending them to me. I get about 700 emails a day, and "Delete" works marvelously.

No one engaged in name calling except her. I email about 1200 people daily on political subjects, as a journalist, and it's not the lack of thick skin that I can assure you is the problem. I don't take too kindly for people threatening me with legal action when I'm doing my job. I'm not insulting Ms. Cary! I just wanted her to hear my opinion and blog about health care. It is her choice not too, not to call me names like "scum". I'm only handling this in a preemptive manner.

THERE ARE NO SPAM LAWS IN GA, so since I'm sending her something legitimate for her work as a historical person or BLOGGER, I shouldn't be met with harassment FROM HER HOME EMAIL ADDRESS.

Since you receive so many emails, maybe you should use filters. I receive a lot of email notifications from Facebook, MySpace, and MyYearbook of people wanting to talk to me. Maybe the label and filter feature could help you. As far as your attitude is concerned, maybe you should make that suggestion to Ms. Cary. I get a lot of things too that I don't like or don't plan on using for my features too, and I follow the same rule about it and delete it.

Good day Mr. Beverly, maybe more people would pay to read "The Fayette Citizen" if they weren't so rebuffed.

Please be advised that I'm filing an informal complaint on Ms. Carolyn Cary of "The Fayette Citizen". I will be calling the editor in the morning. She may be 78, but her manners are more fitting for an immature teenager. I will refrain from calling her names, out of respect for that fact that she is older than me.
