" THE SYNTHESIS " : THE GUESS WHAT?! EDITION: 5-16-2010
FREE SPEECH ALREADY BEING VIOLATED AS A PART OF THE KAGAN AGENDA/APPOINTMENT TO THE SUPREME COURT:
I truly appreciate the student's work below my own painting, and I could only imagine the reaction if I'd have painted this one in high school, I call this the 'flaming fag Obama' the official title "OBAMA THE DRAGON". My painting is very inflammatory, both politically and religiously, and culturally provocative. I applaud the student's use of black and white art below, with the pink and purple wash with a photographic replication of Obama's face, which is very iconic. Mine is a modern-day Andy Warhol cartoon-ish looking political poster.

School pulls student art after complaints

A painting depicting President Barack Obama next to a hammer and sickle symbol hung for nearly two weeks at Hallsville High School. It was taken down Monday after complaints.

HALLSVILLE — Art teacher Brittany Williamson said her student simply wanted to “get a reaction” with his painting that depicted President Barack Obama with a hammer and sickle symbolizing communism.

“That’s the whole purpose of art — to get a reaction,” Williamson said.

Although Williamson thought the Hallsville High School sophomore’s painting was “an amazing piece,” it received not-so-amazing critiques from some school staff and visitors who complained to Williamson and Superintendent John Robertson. The painting was taken down Monday after being displayed for nearly two weeks.

Robertson said the piece was removed because it could have been construed to reflect an official position of the school district.

“The district really can’t express political views,” Robertson said, explaining that he talked to Williamson and the student about the issue. “I told him as an artist he certainly has the right to express his opinions but we didn’t have to hang it up.”

Williamson said she did not want the student to remove the artwork but that other teachers had asked her to take it down. The student has since taken the painting home.

Robertson said if the painting had been a part of a display that was politically themed, “that would be a whole, total different thing.”

“It was the only” political “piece that was up,” Williamson said, “so it made it look like the school felt that way.”

Williamson said the student artist — whom the school would not identify — “took it upon himself” to tape the painting to a window of the school’s copy room.

“No matter how I feel toward President Obama, it’s an amazing piece for a high school student,” she said. Williamson said her student “always seems to do something right on the edge.”

Supreme Court rulings seem to side with the school district on whether to abridge a student’s First Amendment right to freedom of expression.

Doug Abrams, an associate professor at the University of Missouri School of Law, said the courts have determined that students have First Amendment rights, “but if the administration believes that exercise of those rights would disrupt the school’s learning environment, then the administration can abridge the exercise of those rights.”

Abrams gave the example of national news reports about students being sent home from school for wearing jackets or T-shirts bearing the Confederate flag.

“Whether you agree with it or disagree with it, it’s fair to say it’s political speech,” Abrams said. “Yes, students have free speech, but it’s less than what people would have out on the street.”

Williamson has taught art at Hallsville High School for eight years. Even though she was disappointed that the painting was taken down, she said the issue served as “a good learning experience” for staff and students. Some students, she said, didn’t understand why the symbol was controversial.

“Everyone was like, ‘Why is it so wrong? Because it’s pink?’ ” Williamson said of the painting. “I think even some adults didn’t understand it.”

Obama: America's first Gay President?

If William Jefferson Clinton was America's first "black" president, could it be that Barack Obama is positioning himself to be the nation's first "gay" president?

His supporters have argued vehemently for months that Barack Obama does not represent the interest of the radical homosexual activists. Chicago "South-side" radio talk show hosts declare with confidence that Senator Obama has said he would oppose the redefining of marriage to include unions that only the imagination could cook up. Obama has blindsided black clergy across America with the con-game that they should not worry about his views on homosexuality.

He has uttered a "Praise the Lord" at the side of Gospel uber-star Rev. Donnie McClurkin, who himself was sexually abused by a homosexual and thusly forced to struggle with the issue in his own life at times. Obama has gone from church rally to church rally making vague references to God's power, and God's purposes - while never defining one ounce of what any of it means.

Yet as someone who has followed his career since long before he was a national stage player, I have warned that his aggressive support for the radical homosexual activist agenda in America is a part of the overall picture of who he is.

In this way he may be more "gay" than Clinton was "black" - and by a wide margin at that.

For all the shell game that Obama was able to juggle in the run for President to date on the issue of his real, underlying views on the radical homosexual agenda - this week he removed all doubts.

In an alarmingly pointed written statement Obama signed his named to the personal promise of greater advance against the institution of marriage of any candidate to ever run for the highest office.

Pointedly so he gave his full pledge to overturn, or repeal, the federal Defense of Marriage Act.

"I also believe that the federal government should not stand in the way of states that want to decide on their own how best to pursue equality for gay and lesbian couples — whether that means a domestic partnership, a civil union, or a civil marriage. Unlike Senator Clinton, I support the complete repeal of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) – a position I have held since before arriving in the U.S. Senate. While some say we should repeal only part of the law, I believe we should get rid of that statute altogether."

This act was signed by the last liberal President in office William Jefferson Clinton. In pledging to do so Barack Obama has now staked out turf that threatens the viability of the next generation of children that could subject them to an operative norm that would contribute to the de-constructing of families as to however one could imagine in one state - and then forcing recognition of that sexual union by its neighboring state regardless of what the citizens of that state say.

In pledging to overturn DOMA Obama seeks to remove state's rights, violate the principles of federalism, violate a major tenant of all traditional religious systems observed in America, and subject children to a quite non-healthy home-life. Studies of which have confirmed would have a detrimental effect on said children's scholastic, emotional, intellectual and physical health.

Yet the overturning of DOMA is merely the beginning of Obama's radical homosexual activist agenda.

For months supporters of Obama have written to me asking for evidence that he would do anything to advance or at the very least not stand in the way of the redefining of marriage. See at least Ted Kennedy and John McCain both made the argument in not supporting the Constitutional Amendment to Protect Marriage that it was unnecessary on the grounds that DOMA would prevent the cancerous spread of Massachusetts' Judicial Activism from roaming state to state. But for Obama this is merely too little activism, and it proceeds far too slowly for his own desire.

Thus in his written statement this week he argues publicly that states should be allowed to redefine the marriage laws in their state regardless of what research norms, the will of the people, or the common sense of healthy tradition have to say about it.

In doing so Obama displays a reckless commitment to play games with the future sexual formation of families and puts himself so firmly planted in the camp of anti-biblical views of truth, sex, and family that we have never seen its comparison in all years previous.

Make no mistake, committed Obama supporters share his uber-libertine leanings to homosexual behavior, and want to encourage more relaxation of traditional moral sexual barriers in society. And with academics like Dr. Judith Levine arguing in her book, and endorsed by Clinton Surgeon General Joyclin Elders, arguing that sex between adults and children is not harmful to the child - one can easily imagine what such relaxation of rules would lead to.

I was the first pundit in America to predict that Barack Obama would be president in 2009. A prediction, I admitted at the time, pained me greatly. Nothing that has happened in the nomination process of either party has caused my five underlying conditions for his victory to be erased. With John McCain as the GOP nominee it appears my prediction is perfectly on track.

Yet I will not allow my prediction to come true without speaking the transparent truth that Obama is not a man of traditional values, nor is he a friend to families.

He may aspire to be many things.

Hey may also aspire to be labeled America's first gay president. He would without question be more deserving than "Clinton as 'black'" under even the kindest of comparisons.

MY WORDS AFTER READING THE ARTICLE BY KEVIN MCCULLOUGH
(With all my heart and sincerity, I don't know why the gay community would support a murderer. I know that those are strong words, but 10 years ago, people that I knew from the art community came to me saying that they didn't openly admit their sexuality, as the gay community had been warned that men were disappearing in limos, and being found dead. Never in 10yrs., would I have expected to hear this story repeated from a reliable source within the Christian community, implicating Obama. Obama appointed a gay man to head his school curriculum agenda, pushing homosexuality in schools, Obama has appointed very ambiguous characters like Gibbs, Geithner, Napalitano, and now Kagan, leaving people to speculate about their sexuality. I'm very upset, that while I have a strong religious aversion to the gay lifestyle, that still doesn't mean that gay people should be burned at the stake! While it is true that if we destroyed sexual predators, sexual sin wouldn't be so prevalent in our society, but to pretend that you're heterosexual in order to propagate children but truly burn for men is at the least living a lie, and at worst, being a murderer for covering it up. WHY ELSE WOULD OBAMA BE COMPLETELY SILENT ON THE CATHOLIC CHURCH SEX SCANDAL??!! These deaths went unrecognized by the media, until Larry Sinclair admitted to snorting cocaine with Obama and ----ing him off, but he failed a lie detector test. This doesn't mean that others didn't die at Obama's hands, but they're no longer alive to tell the story, and their deaths have gone without justice, until today! Their story has now been heard within the gay community and the Christian community, and it was certainly no secret that Obama was a snorter --- I'd love to see Obama hooked up to a lie detector on "Dr. Phil", just to see him squirm!)

Kagan shielded Saudis from 9/11 lawsuit

Sided with kingdom in case brought by victims of terror attacks

Elena Kagan Makes The Rounds On Capitol Hill Ahead Of Confirmation Hearing

NEW YORK – President Obama's nominee for the Supreme Court, Elena Kagan, helped shield Saudi Arabia from lawsuits filed by families of 9/11 victims seeking to target countries and leaders who helped finance al-Qaida.

"I'm very concerned about her views on executive power and her views with respect to the separation of power," Stephen A. Cozen, the lead attorney in the case for 9/11 victims, told WND.

"I believe she must be asked questions about whether or not citizens who are attacked inside the U.S. have the right to file suits domestically against terrorism financiers," said Cozen, the founder and chairman of Cozen O'Connor, a Philadelphia-based law firm with 24 offices throughout the country.

Aaron Klein's exposé of Barack Obama's notorious connections with extremists and America-haters is scorching the best-seller lists. Order your copy of "The Manchurian President" today.

Cozen recounted to WND an April 2009 meeting he held with Kagan to present the case for his clients – thousands of family members and others affected by the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks who sought damages from the Saudi kingdom, Saudi high commissioners and the country's rulers.

Cozen's suit documented evidence the Saudis funneled millions of dollars to al-Qaida prior to the 9/11 attacks and that the kingdom continued to finance terrorism thereafter.

He was arguing to bring his case to the Supreme Court after it was dismissed by a lower court and an appeals circuit, which had cited the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976 as barring lawsuits against leaders of foreign governments.

Cozen, however, documented how both the Supreme Court and U.S. government briefs allowed for such lawsuits in the past, finding the Immunities Act did not hold in similar cases.

Kagan's friend-of-the-court brief argued Cozen's case would interfere with U.S. foreign policy. She urged the Supreme Court not to hear the case.

(Story continues below)

In her brief, Kagan acknowledged inconsistencies with the lower court rulings and even conceded there were legitimate questions about whether the Immunities Act should apply in Cozen's case for the 9/11 victims.

Still, she sided with the Saudis, who had presented their case directly to Kagan that the terror victims lawsuit was harming U.S.-Saudi relations.

The Supreme Court sided with Kagan and refused to hear the case.

Kagan's brief prompted Sens. Arlen Specter, D-Pa., and Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., to submit a bill to amend the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.

Specter at the time strongly denounced Kagan.

"She wants to coddle the Saudis," he said.

Kristen Breitweiser, whose husband was killed in the 9/11 attacks, told the Philadelphia Inquirer last year, "I find this reprehensible."

"One would have hoped that the Obama administration would have taken a different stance than the Bush administration, and you wonder what message this sends to victims of terrorism around the world," she said.

Cozen, meanwhile, told WND he believes Kagan is "eminently qualified" for the Supreme Court. Still, he said he is concerned about her decision in his case and hew views on the separation of powers.

WND recently reported Kagan has advocated for an increased presidential role in regulation, which, she conceded, would make such affairs more and more an extension of the president's own policy and political agenda.

Obama nominated Kagan as U.S. solicitor general in January, and the Senate confirmed her in March. She was a dean of Harvard Law School and previously served alongside Obama as a professor of law at the University of Chicago.

A former clerk to Abner Mikva at the D.C. federal appeals court, Kagan was heavily involved in promoting the health-care policy of the Clinton administration.

THERE ARE A WHOLE HOST OF GREEDY POLITICIANS WHO HAVE GAMBLED AWAY YOUR RETIREMENT IN THE STOCK MARKET, WHO ASKED YOU TO BAIL THEM OUT, LIKE GAMBLERS ON A BINGE, AND IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU GET TO KNOW THESE CHARACTERS BEFORE YOU GO TO THE POLLS AND THE FINANCIAL FIRMS THAT THEY ASSOCIATE THEMSELVES WITH....
THERE'S A BOOK CALLED "THE ILLUMINATI" THAT CAME OUT IN 1991 BY LARRY BURKETT, IT'S A FICTION BOOK BASED ON THE EVENT LEADING UP TO A "NEW WORLD ORDER" AND CONTROL OF THE FINANCIAL MARKETS.
IT'S A FICTIONAL EXPLANATION THAT 19YRS. YEARS LATER DOESN'T SEEM SO FICTIONAL, THAT THE DIRECT QUOTES I HAVE TO HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE AUTHOR, SO I WILL HAVE TO PARAPHRASE IT AS I INCLUDE MY INSIGHTS FROM IT AS WE APPROACH THIS VERY IMPORTANT ROLL-TIDE ELECTION... THE FIRST 10 PAGES ARE WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW, EXCEPT THE DATE IN THE BOOK IS 2001.

I JUST THINK THAT EVEN THOUGH OBAMA'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PRESIDENT RIGHT NOW, THAT HE SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE BY ALL OF THE LAWS THAT HE'S CHANGING THAT HE'S FORCING US TO LIVE BY, OR HE NEEDS TO PACK UP THE LEMONADE STAND AND GO HOME:
IN OTHER WORDS, I THINK THAT I'M GOING TO TRY TO MAKE IT BY ANOTHER TWO YEARS ON ONLY $3,500 PER YEAR THAN TO GIVE THIS JACK@SS MORE OF MY MONEY, ALONG WITH A GOVERNMENT WHO LIKES P*SSING IT AWAY WITH BAILOUTS TO THEIR BANKER BUDDIES, WHO IN TURN, P*SS IT AWAY WITH THEIR DRINKING PARTIES AND TRIPS TO THE SPA... MAYBE IF I MAKE $5, IT SHOULD GO TO BUY ME A COUPLE A BEERS INSTEAD OF BUYING THESE STOCK MARKET INVESTING FIRMS' KEG PARTIES FOR 90 DAYS, WHO ARE BEING RAILED IN SENATE HEARINGS THAT YOU'VE BEEN SEEING ON THE LOCAL NEWS/CSPAN....

WITH HOW DEPRESSING THE WHOLE THING IS, IT IS ENOUGH TO DRIVE PEOPLE TO DRINK - PROBABLY WHY ALCOHOL AND BOOTLEGGING WAS BOOMING DURING THE DEPRESSION. SO IS THAT JUST ANOTHER CONSPIRACY?? SAP THE PEOPLE OF THEIR FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE SO WE CAN KEEP THEM IN BONDAGE ALL OF THEIR LIVES, PAYING FOR THE HIGH LIFE: SOARING MORTGAGES, DECADES OF BAD DECISIONS IN PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND ADDICTIONS TO NUMB US THROUGH IT ALL, AND THEN THERE ARE THE MEDICAL BILLS!!

WELL, IT SEEMED TO HAVE WORKED IN 2008 AND NOW THAT IT'S 2010, AMERICA'S NOT DOING THIS OVER AGAIN!! I WANT Y'ALL TO LOOK AT THE LEMONADE STAND PICTURE ONCE MORE, AND READ WHAT RALPH LONG the 3rd, A GA REPRESENTATIVE, SAID ON FACEBOOK WHEN CONFRONTING HIM ABOUT THE TAXES ON SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS:

Ralph, the numbers are facts, the Lemonade stand is a metaphor for America being sold out. You know what a metaphor is don't you? Metaphors don't have anything to do with what you perceive as a lack of authenticity on my part, or what you perceive as an "extreme perspective", mind you, this was posted by a high school friend who is friends with the... See More very first boyfriend that I ever had.

If we were trying to appeal to you, we would've depicted Obama with laurel wreaths around his head like a Greek Olympian, for which the laurels that he seems to so rest on in these hard economic times.

You take away jobs and there's no tax revenue, and no votes to buy with food stamps and promises to minority constituents.

Mr. Long, I'm Native American, and if I wanted to be extreme, I would dress up in war paint and chant in front of your office until rain came and lightning damaged every bit of electronic equipment that you owned, because you aren't heading the voice of all your constituents, those who think differently than you. Now that's extreme!

Instead, I will appeal to you on this post first, before resorting to spiritual warfare:

just ask Rahn Mayo, who represents me and Shane's district here in McDonough along with others I tagged who live here or know what we're talking about; if you act like one, you will most likely be called something that evokes something uncivil. You on the other hand, have always responded eloquently, but your eloquence is not enough to assure that people have jobs!!

Thanks again Shane!! John Edenfield would be having a field day with this!!

That makes our country great. It is in my opinion that your postings, the sheer volume of your postings, the lengths, and tone, subject matter within those post are ... See Moreextreme, "extra.". "Much" "A lot" Not to mention the photos that you deem necessary to accompany or bolster your argument. I would never take a sarcastic tone with you as I mentioned above that I appreciated multiple view points however I will assume that your tone in asking me this question ("You know what a metaphor is don't you?") was negative because you have perhaps experienced yourself in the past having to defend your statements. I wonder have you missed something there or failed to notice a trend. Consider me a conduit for the enhancement of your right too freedom of speech.

Sometimes it is necessary to ask questions to find out where you stand with someone. Since you were thinking of this as a political poster, instead of READING the information on it, I had to assume that you missed the metaphor, which is why I asked.

I know people lots of them. I know this too, often your post are so large and frequent that us poor Blackberry users can't tell which ones we are replying too. My statements where generalized anyway and as I do Represent 45,000 people within my district and 9 million for the State of Georgia I have an idea what people want too. I'll give you "... See Moreconsistency" if you would prefer to be painted with that brush. But its funny that you would want a more honorable interpretation of a summary of your efforts when in turn you asked me a question cloaked with the stench of assaulting my intelligence. I wonder with those that you post too, would they automatically if by chance ponder describing you and your messages as "consistent"? And if so would the word "consistent" be express to describe you in its positive form? My point is in speaking with you through this outlet, it is ok to express your ideology but stop tainting your message with little hidden dosages of you being angry, bitter, and even touched. Because I'm trying to learn from you, vibe with you, celebrate you being different in your form of expression and all you are serving is laced messages. I get that all day at the capitol. Convey what you speak but don't convey you and allow others at least a chance to here what you are trying to say. All of this bombardment of in some cases rhetoric cheapen your message, or is that you don't have one avail crafted and defined in a way where it is refined to a point where it makes since?

Aja/Ralph...Might I please step in here. The bottom line is I myself have no time for lazy people who choose not to work. I own 3 companies and manage 1 and I look every day for help in all of them. Everyone is to busy waiting on a free check without having to earn it. It is people such as yourself RALPH as well as our horrible leader that ... See Moremanipulate people into thinking this country has an endless supply of money. Now that is an easy task considering the avg person who lives below the poverty line has at least one of these characteristics.

1) uneducated
2) poor credit
3) poor financial dec. making skills
4) criminal background
5) poor work ethic
6) drug addiction
7) alchohol abuse
8) does not understand the economy
9) gambling problem
10) votes for who will give them the most free shit

Now not everyone falls into these categories, but unfortunately 90% do. This has become an entitlement enduced country. We all need to remember this is the land of equal opportunity not equal everything. Get off your ass and work, get that free education that all the other hard working people pay for, stop whining about what everyone else has and get it yourself.

I came from a poor background without a rich family so I can play my violin just as loud as anyone else. I instead choose to work hard and make sound financial decisions to secure my future.

All I ask is that everyone else does the same.

I painted myself as consistent, not extremist, and I didn't ask you to give me an honorable ... See Moreinterpretation of any of my posts, I just asked you to read the facts on the poster that Shane has here.

I'm sorry that your intelligence is insulted by separating apples from oranges; meaning that no matter what visual image that got your attention or offended you, that was more of an issue to you than the meaning and message of the overall poster...

the metaphor you missed, because you don't like A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G that exposes Obama's flawed agenda, so much so, that you're willing to overlook the numbers clearly written at the top --- which you still have not refuted!

Oh and just because Y-O-U don't like it, because it doesn't cast Obama in a preferential light, you as a Congressman think that you're God, and you get to tell me that I'm not entitled to be angry, bitter, or even p*ssed off, just because I'm right by calling you out on it?!

What is laced about these facts??!

35% Corporate Taxes
35% Dividend Taxes
35% Income Taxes
=HEFTY PAYROLL TAXES LEVIED ONTO SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS

I'm a small business owner, get it?!

I don't like those taxes, AND FURTHERMORE:

* I DON'T LIKE THAT HE CLAIMS THAT HE CUT TAXES 25 SMALL WAYS, WHICH MAKES MY TAXES GO UP 3 MAJOR WAYS WHEN I MAKE LIKE ONLY $3,500 A YEAR!!!
* WHICH MEANS, I DON'T LIKE THAT YOU SUPPORT HIM.

After 20 min., GA Representative Ralph Long has nothing to say about Obama's tax increases on small businesses: 35% Corporate Taxes, 35%
Dividend Taxes, 35% Income Taxes = HEFTY PAYROLL TAXES LEVIED ONTO SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS --- SAY GOODBYE TO THE BLACKBERRY ON THE TAXPAYERS' TAB RALPHIE !!!!
IN MY BOOK, THIS MAKES:
* 18 MILLION JEFF CAUSEY-LIKE YOUNG EXECS WHO CAN GET OTHER COVERAGE, BUT DON'T WANT GOVERNMENT COVERAGE.
* 8.4 MILLION WHO ARE IN GOOD HEALTH, BUT UNINSURED YOUNG ADULTS IN COLLEGE 18-25, WHO CAN'T BE COVERED UNDER THEIR PARENTS' INSURANCE OR WHO ARE ONLY WORKING PART-TIME JOBS.
* 12.6 MILLION PEOPLE WHO NEED TO BE TAXED FOR MEDICAL CARE 3%, A TOTAL OF 10% SALES TAX FOR CARE THAT THEY CURRENTLY USE, FOR CARE THAT WE'RE PAYING FOR ANYWAY. SO IF EVERY ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT SPENT $1, WE'RE LOSING $378,000 IN TAX REVENUE. START MULTIPLYING $378,000 BY HOW MUCH ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS PURCHASE ITEMS, AND YOU SEE WE'RE LOSING IN TAX REVENUE IN CHUNKS OF $400,000, ESSENTIALLY SELLING HOUSES RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER AMERICANS!!)
*9.4 MILLION PEOPLE WHO ARE UNINSURED BECAUSE THEY'RE UNEMPLOYED, WHO WILL HAVE COVERAGE RETURNING TO WORK.
*8 MILLION UNINSURED FROM RED-TAPE AND DELAY THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COVERAGE NOT BEING AVAILABLE.
*3.5 MILLION WHO ARE HOMELESS, INDIGENT, OR WHO JUST CAN'T GET THROUGH INSURANCE PAPERWORK, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COVERAGE BEING AVAILABLE !!

OBAMA HAS SOLD YOU HEALTH CARE REFORM, THAT YOU DIDN'T WANT, DON'T NEED, OR YOU ALREADY PAY STATE TAXES FOR THESE PROGRAMS ANYWAY!! THIS IS WHY THE HEALTH CARE BILL IS MISAPPROPRIATION, AND IT IS REALLY A TAX INCREASE: WHICH IS DOING NOTHING TO STOP WASTE, FRAUD, AND ABUSE OF CURRENT GOVERNMENT INSURANCE PROGRAMS, OR FROM PEOPLE WHO SHOULD BE COVERED BUT ARE BEING DENIED BECAUSE THE MONEY IS NOT THERE.... PEOPLE ARE ENROLLED AND MONEY IS BEING STOLEN FROM THE PROGRAMS, AND THE GOVERNMENT SIMPLY DENIES YOU REPEATEDLY UNTIL YOU HIRE A LAWYER! WITH THE GOVERNMENT GOING INTO THE INSURANCE BUSINESS, THIS MEANS THE GOVERNMENT CAN BE SUED, AND THEN ONCE PEOPLE HAVE MORE CLAIMS, THE SYSTEM GOES BANKRUPT!!

MY NEXT FOCUS WILL BE ON THIS LEGISLATION BELOW, AND SUPPORTING THE LAWSUIT AGAINST THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OVER THE UNCONSTITUTIONALITY OF THE RECONCILIATION BILL H.R. 4872, BUT HERE IS YOUR FINANCIAL UPDATE SO GRACIOUSLY PROVIDED BY READERS OF "THE SYNTHESIS" WHO SENT THIS STORY IN TO ME TO BE PUT IN THIS EDITION:

Big Banks, Big Government and Big Labor Equal Big Disaster in Financial Reform

by Liberty Chick

The financial reform bill is finally in its home stretch in the Senate, but Americans have yet to fully engage on the issue. In fact, in recent weeks as I’ve worked with various grassroots leaders across the country to discuss the bill, its impacts on our economy and on us as American citizens, I must admit, it’s probably the first time I’ve ever found myself frustrated at the progress of activism.

It’s a complex issue, and let’s face it, not exactly an exciting one either. But that’s precisely what the left is counting on. So, whenever I find myself feeling frustrated that others might not share my same level of fervor on the issue, I remind myself of its complexity and lackluster appeal. And then, I proceed directly to the source – the bill itself.

I hone in on a few key points in three categories that resonate with most activists I know: Big Labor, Big Government, and Big Brother. Put those together in the context of Big Banks, and they spell out big disaster.

As the left goes on demonizing Wall Street and big bankers on one hand, Democratic lawmakers on the other hand are busy making sweetheart backroom deals with them up on Capitol Hill, promoting their legislation to the public as “consumer protection.” But really, such measures are nothing more than payback to the likes of three-way mortgage entitlement partnership stronghold of the Bank of America, Center for Responsible Lending and Fannie Mae.

Meanwhile Democrats and Obama allies like Organizing for America are also using the issue as a shameless fund-raising opportunity.

ObamaAd

The banks actually SUPPORT this bill – so don’t let that “Main Street Not Wall Street” message fool you, no matter which side of this issue you’re on.

Once many people learn about some of what’s in the bill, their reaction of immediate remorse followed by outrage is completely understandable. Remorse – for some - for not having engaged their grassroots groups earlier. Outrage over just how much this bill would push the country head first toward socialism. That’s right, I said the “s” word. Let’s stop pretending and just call it for what it is, shall we? Even old school Democrats I talk to feel the same outrage and see the “s” word coming as the result of this bill. Facing down the inevitable is the only way we’re going to be able to tackle what the radical left has snuck into this thing. All the while, they have been counting on the apathy of average citizens on BOTH sides, and on the burnout of Tea Party and other patriot group activists.

The reality is this: If we sit back and allow this bill to pass the Senate in its current form, then we deserve the destruction of our privacy, our liberties and of our free market system that will follow. WE will be the only ones to blame. Because as bad as we all thought the Health Care bill was for our freedoms, the Financial Reform bill makes Health Care pale in comparison. No level of remorse could suffice if we failed to engage every last patriot, every last Paul Revere and Sam Adams , during these final days of the legislation.

I’ve found that one way to help other activists digest this bill has been to put all of the actual financial details aside and focus solely on some of the parts of the bill that demonstrate the erosion of our personal liberties and the free market system as we know it.

Big Labor: Dismantling the Free Market System

Under the American Financial Stability Act of 2010 (S 3217), several provisions tucked away in the bill will give labor bosses unprecedented powers that, especially if abused, could threaten the very structure of our free market system.

  • Financial institutions and other covered businesses could be required by law to give labor unions “Proxy Access”, enabling union bosses to potentially abuse the system to force unrelated agenda items, like unionizing the firm’s employees, before the shareholders
  • New regulations will control how board of director elections are conducted – at private corporations!
    • The SEC would be granted the power to force the names of outside nominees onto the corporate ballot (as reported by Politico)
    • Directors running in an uncontested election would now be required to win a majority of votes cast, rather than only by the current plurality(as reported by Politico)
  • Similar rules will also determine whether an individual may serve as both the CEO and Chairman of the Board - at a private corporation!
  • Government and labor unions will have “say on pay” for the annual salaries and bonus compensation of executives and other employees. Essentially, like Obama himself, they can determine at what point “someone has made enough money”

I don’t think anyone’s against shareholders having their proper say and representation in the corporate management process. But that’s not really what’s behind these pieces of the legislation. We’ve seen how today’s labor bosses are abusing their powers and using the shareholder resolution as a hostage weapon to bully corporations into unionization and special union concessions. Just read my prior post, “SEIU’s Secret Weapon: If Obama’s Plan Fails, Brandish the Shareholder Resolution” for a taste of that tactic.

It’s been known for some time that labor bosses are now organizing on a global scale, and as such, have taken to the Participative Management style common in European workplaces. In the U.S., private corporations might typically achieve a similar democratic process of employee participatory management when the company enters into a direct employee ownership plan. The difference here however is that we’re talking about companies that do not belong to the labor unions – these are companies in which the union might have a pension fund investment, or perhaps some of its workers unionized on premise. These are private companies that the unions attempt to overtake through such smaller connections to earn a place on the board, and then change it from the inside out until a Participative Management environment is achieved. If that achievement were to occur, US corporations would quickly fold and restructure under a more socialist model. Eventually, the free market system would erode away as labor unions take over the boards of once privately owned corporations.

For weeks now, Ive been searching for the resources to help me describe this threat in simple terms, and just as fate would have it, my friend Peter List over at LaborUnionReport and RedState pens the perfect post describing this with clarity and precision, in his post titled “Changing America Forever: Behind the AFL-CIO’s Push for Financial Reform.”

Big Government: Power, Control and Everlasting Entitlements

  • The CFPA’s authority goes far beyond banks or financial institutions. This new bureaucracy would have the power to regulate hundreds of thousands of businesses. Examples of small businesses that would be subject to CFPA oversight (as outlined by the US Chamber of Commerce):
    • A nonprofit organization that provides financial literacy education
    • A software company that creates products to help consumers manage their money
    • An advertising company that provides services relating to financial products
    • Utilities companies, retailers and even doctors that extend credit to their customers.
  • The Consumer Financial Protection Agency, or CFPA, created in the bill would be housed within the Federal Reserve, an already secretive and unchecked force of power in our financial system that insists on going unaudited
  • A government agency will have unlimited executive bailout authority, including the power to pick and choose which companies are saved and which are left to fail. This creates serious potential for abuse, as private corporations could literally live or die based upon political decisions
  • This bill contains the same language used by groups like the Center for Responsible Lending in the redlining laws and changes to the Community Reinvestment Act in 1995 for special research centers and programs “that promote awareness and understanding of the access of individuals and communities to financial services, and to identify business and community development needs and opportunities”

And we all know what happened as the result of those redlining laws and subsequent CRA changes in 1995.

Big Banks: Empowered by Big Government, Become Big Brother

Finally, in order to justify all these entitlement programs, all this forced unionization, all this takeover of private companies’ boards of directors, the government needs research. Not to worry, the bill creates vehicles for that, like the “Office of Financial Research” and a national database for the collection of your personal bank account and loan information, and various deposit account data.

DoddBill-pg1216

DoddBill-pg1217-1218

Fannie Mae and Bank of America will be so thrilled when this passes the Senate (as will ACORN and SEIU). Thanks, of course, to years of lobbying by organizations like the Center for Responsible Lending. After all, they pioneered the use of banking research to mandate mortgage entitlements. Just imagine all the new entitlements that will be created once they can analyze all of that *new* banking information and data on what we’re purchasing. Someone will find some injustice somewhere in there. You can count on that.

If you haven’t been as interested in all the complex language about things like financial derivatives and credit default swaps in this bill, then all of this above should be plenty for you to be concerned about.

WHEN DID THINGS GET LIKE THIS AND WHY??

(This is a little of my family history that I'm going to shine the light on - people who I could be possibly related to.... what makes me Tea Party Chief is I dropped these connections and I exposed them, as the names often change but the agenda does not. I could literally lose my tongue, just for typing you the things that I do!)

The Skull & Bones Society

The Skull & Bones Society has been described as the most secretive organization in the world.

The origin of the Skull & Bones in the U.S. begins at Yale when a group of men established an organization for the purpose of drug smuggling. Indeed, many American and European fortunes were built on the China (opium) trade.

It still exists today only at Yale and has evolved into more an organization dedicated to the success of it's members after leaving the collegiate world. The shape of that success can only be left to speculation.

George BushSome of the world's most famous and powerful men alive today are "bonesmen," including George Bush, John Kerry, Nicholas Brady, and William F. Buckley. Other bonesmen include Henry Luce (Time-Life), Harold Stanley (founder of Morgan Stanley), John Daniels (founder of Archer Daniels Midland), Henry P. Davison (senior partner Morgan Guaranty Trust), Pierre Jay (first chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York), Artemus Gates (President of New York Trust Company, Union Pacific, TIME, Boeing Company), Senator John Chaffe, Russell W. Davenport (editor Fortune Magazine), and many others.

All have taken a solemn vow of secrecy.

America's Secret Establishment

by Antony C. Sutton, 1986, page 5-6, states:

"Those on the inside know it as The Order. Others have known it for more than 150 years as Chapter 322 of a German secret society. More formally, for legal purposes, The Order was incorporated as The Russell Trust in 1856. It was also once known as the "Brotherhood of Death". Those who make light of it, or want to make fun of it, call it 'Skull & Bones', or just plain 'Bones'.

The American chapter of this German order was founded in 1833 at Yale University by General William Huntington Russell and Alphonso Taft who, in 1876, became Secretary of War in the Grant Administration. Alphonso Taft was the father of William Howard Taft, the only man to be both President and Chief Justice of the United States.

The order is not just another Greek letter fraternal society with passwords and handgrips common to most campuses. Chapter 322 is a secret society whose members are sworn to silence. It only exists on the Yale campus (that we know about). It has rules. It has ceremonial rites. It is not at all happy with prying, probing citizens - known among initiates as 'outsiders' or 'vandals'. Its members always deny membership (or are supposed to deny membership) and in checking hundreds of autobiographical listings for members we found only half a dozen who cited an affiliation with Skull & Bones. The rest were silent. An interesting point is whether the many members in various Administrations or who hold government positions have declared their members in the biographical data supplied for FBI 'background checks'.

Above all, The Order is powerful, unbelievably powerful. If the reader will persist and examine the evidence to be presented - which is overwhelming - there is no doubt his view of the world will suddenly come sharply into focus, with almost frightening clarity.

It is a Senior year society which exists only at Yale. Members are chosen in their Junior year and spend only one year on campus, the Senior year, with Skull & Bones. In other words, the organization is oriented to the graduate outside world. The Order meets annually - patriarchies only - on Deer Island in the St. Lawrence River.

Senior societies are unique to Yale. There are two other senior societies at Yale, but none elsewhere. Scroll & Key and Wolf's Head are supposedly competitive societies founded in the mid-19 th century. We believe these to be part of the same network. Rosenbaum commented in his "Esquire" article, very accurately, that anyone in the Eastern Liberal Establishment who is not a member of Skull & Bones is almost certainly a member of either Scroll & Key or Wolf's Head.

.. The selection procedure for new members of The Order has not changed since 1832. Each year 15, and only 15, never fewer, are selected. In the past 150 years about 2500 Yale graduates have been initiated into The Order. At any time about 500-600 are alive and active. Roughly about one- quarter of these take an active role in furthering the objectives of The Order. The others either lose interest or change their minds. They are silent drop-outs.

.. The most likely potential member is from a Bones family, who is energetic, resourceful, political and probably an amoral team player. ... Honors and financial rewards are guaranteed by the power of The Order. But the price of these honors and rewards is sacrifice to the common goal, the goal of The Order. Some, perhaps many, have not been willing to pay this price.

The Old Line American families and their descendants involved in the Skull & Bones are names such as: Whitney, Perkins, Stimson, Taft, Wadsworth, Gilman, Payne, Davidson, Pillsbury, Sloane, Weyerhaeuser, Harriman, Rockefeller, Lord, Brown, Bundy, Bush and Phelps.
